The room was clean, comfy bed and the size of the room was good. Interior style - minimalistic. Think it is a great budget hotel, very affordable. It was about a 10min walk to the night bazaar which was a delight to explore. The staff is friendly and helpful.

One evening it was maintainance work out on the street that continued until midnight which made it hard to fall asleep. Luckily this only happened once during my stay. Would be great if there was soap next to the basin. Now you had to reach the shower gel attached in the shower.

Top notch, I arrived slightly early and was granted early check in. The room was efficiently designed, extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided two glass bottles of drinking water. It was a nice change of what appeared to be the standard of low quality drinking water in plastic bottles. Another nice feature was the nearby 7-11 which was well stocked, much better than any other I had been to in Chiang Rai.

I was awoken by nearby guests slamming their doors on two occasions but was able to fall back asleep quickly.

In my experience of travelling 7 countries, this might be best travel budget hotel i ever visited. Super functional, super clean and the perfect location. I always wanted a cheap and clean hotel without extras, since me and my wife just use a hotel to sleep. We always found good dorms or bad hotels that suits our requirement. This was the first time we found a cheap and neat place where we had a private place

Nothing much. The AC unit is just beside the room which made a lot of noise, we were too tired to get affected in the night

Location and ease of check-in. I was looking for a place that allows late check-in and most hotels limit till 8pm. My flight arrived Chiang Rai airport at 9 pm. I took the bus from the airport into the city, and walked 10 minutes to the hotel. I was allowed to check in late here. The room was small, clean and basic. It was good enough for my short stay.

- The level of english of people working in the hotel reception is not great. We didn't have any issues during our trip but when we had complicated questions we needed to use google translate.

Room was a bit damp and comparably small and basic but you get what you pay. For the prices is perfectly fine. No hand soap. No hairdryer

During my holiday I stayed in Hop Inn hotels of Bangkok, Chaing Mai and Chaing Rai. Out of all the hotels, the most friendliest staff I found was in here. (Of course all the staff of other Hop Inn Hotels are friendly too). Coin laundry is also just in front of the hotel.

Good location. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean also lobby and the corridor. Lots of parking spaces. Reasonable price. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is clean. The room is clean and bright. Comfortable bed. I like their thoughtfulness in providing a microwave oven and a coffee machine next to the lobby. The location is a short walk to the night bazaar. Pleasant stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The hotel is 15mins walk away from Night bazaar,if take it as an exercise then is fine but if not is a distance away from it.

No convenient shops or eatery's place nearby have to walk quite far to get food.
