Room was large and location was great just a 10 min walk from the bus terminal and a 15 min walk from the clock tower. We used the free bikes which were amazing to get us round the temples while it was raining, meant we could see lots more in a shorter space of time. We left our bags at the hotel whole we explored on our last day before our late bus back to Chiang Mai, which was super helpful.

The only 2 negatives were one of the hire bikes had broken pedals but was still okay to use, just tricky at the start. The shower head in the room was a little low for us, although we are both fairly tall at 5ft 10 and 6ft 2 which made showering interesting.

One of the very best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel is brilliantly designed, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The rooms are also very quiet, the soundproofing is impressive. The hotel is in a good location, around 10 minutes walk from the main part of town. The pool area is very relaxing, and the gym has enough equipment to get a few good workouts done. All of the above at a very good price is the reason behind my very positive review. I couldn’t ask for any more from a hotel stay.

Brilliant staff at reception; friendly welcome and helped us with luggage and local directions. Although they couldn't extend our check out time there was a secure area for our luggage, shower and towels by the pool so perfect for relaxing on our last day. Around 15 mins walk to the night market but easy to find and a good few eating options. Nice to enjoy breakfast in the garden too.

Limited sunloungers by the pool but wasn't a problem when we were there as it was quiet. Perhaps as it was so quiet the pool bar wasn't open but you could order drinks/food directly from the restaurant and they would bring to you. There's no alcohol on site so don't plan on any poolside cocktails!

The staff were very friendly. The hotel looks really lovely in the community areas, with a great reception and fish. Good location to explore the main temples with a scooter, which the hotel can arrange.

It just didn't live up to 4* standards. The room seemed worn and didn't feel like it had been cleaned properly which was disappointing. The pool was freezing! I can usually handle cold water but this was insane. Its definitely not somewhere to lie by the pool. Its such a shame because it could have been great but it was disappointing.

Boutique hotel feel. Clean and modern. Pool area and gym looked also v clean although I didn't use these. Popular noodle restaurant next door. Comfy bed. Good variety at breakfast. Walking distance (10 mins/1km) to downtown /night bazaar area.

Minor: tea bags in the room would have been welcome. Only coffee was on offer in the room as a hot drink.

Bed was very soft and comfortable, we had very good sleep. Sound isolation is very good and the hotel is very quiet at the evening. Window blinds are great, you can create complete darkness even during the day in your room. Shower is amazing with warm water. Everything looks very modern.

Pool looked amazing but when you look better it is not clean so we didn’t use it. There was a weird smell from the toilet but it was manageble.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The breakfast was ample and tasty! We really appreciated that it started at 6:00am, that helped us get to the airport on time. It was a beautiful, small property.

The shower was unusual, the hydro-rail only got the shower head up to my husband's chest. He is tall-ish, but not 6 ft. How the tub was set was different, but seemed to work. It was a little difficult to locate.

We had a great stay, the rooms are spacious, nicely designed and very clean. The whole atmosphere was lovely, especially the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We slept so well in those beds, that we missed the breakfast time by accident but they let us have some anyway, thank you for that 🙏 Gym and pool also great. We would come here any time, if we’re in Chiangrai again. Night Bazar, stores and town center just 10 minute walk away, tours with pick-up from the hotel possible, will be organized at front desk.

The breakfast buffet was pretty basic but the food was pretty good. The room was nice and well priced. The wrap around pool is very pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a cafe on site for additional restaurant options. Wi-fi was great. Walking distance to the night market.

Pool was a bit dirty, but I understand that it's hard to keep clean when surrounded by trees and plants. Bed was a bit hard.

The room was very nice and the bed was so so comfy. There were complimentary snacks and water bottles and the gym was well equipped.

The breakfast wasn’t great and there was building work going on when we arrived so it was a bit noisy but this only lasted for a day.
