Location - 12 minute walk from the bus station terminal 1, easy to get to. Within walking distance of the night market, shops, access to everything you need. Facilities - are great, a little games room upstairs, breakfast buffet is simple but delicious with everything you need they offer western style food. Everything is clean, the room comes with a bathroom but there are additional showers and bathroom separated between the sexes. And the beds are super comfortable, the rooms are clean and they give you fresh towels everyday. Staff - are really nice and welcoming and helpful, there’s a cute older lady who is just the sweetest always a beautiful smile on her lovely face.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The provided breakfast was modest but decent if you needed it. The location is a bit of a walk from the center of the tourist area but that was perfect for us because we wanted to eat at more local restaurants. There's a nice lounge area where you can sit and do work or watch tv/play video games. There were people of all ages staying which was nice to see. It's not a party hostel atmosphere. The room was good size and I especially liked the variety of options for lighting. This was a great place for a week long stay so it would work for shorter or longer stays.

We found the wifi to be unreliable with a VPN.

Nice place. Coffee was good. Pancakes were good. Clean bathroom. 5 min walk from 7-eleven. The lockers under the beds were big. Not too close to the city center, but close enough so the temples and activities to do weren't so far to go by Grab. The reception arranged a transport for me to go to the airport early in the morning. They offered me a juice box and a couple of snacks before heading off, which I thought was super sweet.

Breakfast was okay. No fruits, no meat. Only eggs, pancakes, and toast.

The location is good, close to several shops and markets. The rooms have everything you need, and there is also a common area with board games etc. and a washer downstairs which was very handy. It is quiet, and we didn't hear any noise during the night. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. On the day we checked out, we were up at 5am and were kindly offered coffee while we waited for our pick up.

The breakfast is adequate for the price. Accommodation is less than 1km away from the bus station which we used to catch a coach from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. Staff were friendly and happy to explain how to use the services provided by them

The hotel is more of a hostel. Unfortunately there is no main light in the room, instead strong lamps needed to light up each section of the room. The beds are wide hoever short, tall people may not be able to fully stretch out. Wifi is a bit choppy

The owner and her daughter (of I got it right, anyway, two ladies at the reception desk) were very helpful and kind.

The family room with private bathroom has no windows. This might have been said in the descriptiom, I am not sure. The receptiom closes around eight, so coming and going after that is a bit complicated, and there is noone to adress for little things you need. For instance, they forgot to replace the towell when cleaning the room, abd I simply had no towell that evening. Breakfast is very simple, and guests are asked to wash the dishes and clean the tables after having it. The whole place is uninviting, so nobody spends time in common areas, and there is no bonding between travellers as it is usually the case in hostels. Beds are very hard.

Nice 10 mins stroll away from the main bars and restaurants and the bus station. Had washing and drying facilities on site if needed. Pancake machine great addition! Plenty of free water available. Games in common room were handy. We stayed in a private room so cannot comment on the dorms. Helpful, friendly staff.

Lots of ants so beware of leaving food unattended on kitchen workshop. Shower trap unfortunately had hair from the previous occupant so perhaps a more thorough clean is required. Fine once I removed it! Overall generally clean :-)

The hostel looks like the pictures and was honestly so nice. The breakfast was delicious they had a pancake mashine😍 and you could do your own laundry for only 20 baht. The female dorm had it's own bathroom and toilet and the location is only a 10min walk from the bus station and night market. It was also very nice that each bed had their own power outlets and curtains. My favourite hostel in Thailand so far!

I don't think they cleaned the private toilets regularly which depending on the room mates can look messy quite easily but it was still fine.

- Free parking - Living room : It's spacious with many seats. The room has many outlets so perfect for work as well. - Living room : Kitchen area. What I like is they have coffee/tea provided all day with cold/hot water. Also they have microwave if you need to reheat some food.

- Room : we sleep in 4 ppl bunk bed room. the downside is the bed is too thin and solid so we had a hard time sleeping. Also because it's thin so it makes sound every time we move. that's including if it's crowded during your stay. you could get awake easily in the morning.

The common area was nice, although a bit hot since there was no air-conditioning. The bed was comfortable and clean and it was really nice to have a in-room bathroom. There was a light free breakfast and a clean kitchen I could use. There were only two other guests when I stayed in the hostel, so the place was really quiet.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work very well and unfortunately that, in a small dorm room with no window, can be very uncomfortable at night time.
