In a month of travelling Thailand, the Heritage won the prize for the comfirst bed, best breakfast choices, quietest room and best value for money. We were so impressed by the whole design of the hotel, which looks unremarkable from the outside but which is beautifully appointed inside with style, elegance and a sense you're ina 5-star place. The breakfast had so many options (though a few more vegetarian choices would certainly be a plus!) and the wifi was fast and reliable. The pool is huge and the library cafe feels spacious and even quite opulent. Overall, a superb choice and, in the low season of July, outstanding value for money. The place far exceded any of the experiences we had in previous visits to Chiang Rai. Highly recommended!

Nice bed, Great location. The hotel was just only 5 mins away from Central Department Store. The view from the room is so fantastic. For the breakfast, we think it's a good, various choice. The room is lookalike newly renovated and even provides a microwave which is great.

There is less meat at hot dish zone on my breakfast. Not sure because of the big group. The room has a painting smell but only a little.

The room was huge! It had two full bathrooms, both with a shower, a living room and lots of closet space. A shopping mall called Central was just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was good and varied. The staff were very kind and always willing to help. The hotel in general has a traditional air to it, but combines modern touches and everything seems brand new.

My only suggestion is to keep working on the staff’s English communication skills, which is the most accessible language for travelers from all over the world. This will create and even better overall experience.

beautiful and spacious rooms. very comfortable and clean. Pool was huge and nice to relax, only thing we disliked was having to walk through the library to get to it as the other door was blocked off. download Grab for rides if you want to go somewhere- very efficient and affordable. or walk out the back door of hotel (towards garden) and walk straight to the right (about 10 -15 minutes) you will see a mall and various restaurants. in all, very nice place to relax after exploring Chiang rai . fit our family of 5 perfectly!

This has been The Best place I ever stayed in Thailand and would be only in Chiang Rai. Location is amazing with not too close to hustle bustle but close enough to get to most attractions. Property is amazingly clean and excpetional value for money. Manager on duty when checked in offered us complimentary breakfast for our stay (can't go wrong) Jogging track and beautiful park in parking is serene Do stay when you're in town

I stayed at the room 926. The hotel is good, modern, for breakfast is rich . There is a big park near the hotel where you can walk or jog. There should be a free shuttle to the nearest mall "Central ChiangRai" but I didn't had a chance to use it. It's really ten minutes' walk distance from the hotel. The mall is really big with a lot of shops, a nice food court and a supermarket.

The room is spacious enough but there was the light smell of sewerage in the bathroom like it was in most of the hotels I stayed in them in Thailand. Probably in Thailand it's not required to put a waterstop between a bathroom and sewerage. The additional thing which disturbed is inability to open the window to get some fresh air. It was locked with some metal stopper. The soap and towel holders were inclined, hopefully after my report they were fixed.

After the shoebox sized place in Mae Sai, I felt like I was driving up to a palace. Lots of easy parking, Liveried greeter got our bags and took special care of a potted plant that needed a controlled climate. How about that? The room, spacious and clean was so welcoming. Lots of lights, bedside included. Lots of plugs - bedside as well. Small table with 2 chairs, nice touch. Black out curtains too. It was such a good room, immediately decided to stay a 2nd night. Glad I did. The hotel restaurant; good service, good food and plenty. Delighted with the hotel breakfast too - even had plenty for Western visitors. Beds? Comfy. Room? Quiet. Wi-fi? Strong and reliable You get the idea - I'm a fan of this hotel.

- Breakfast quality could be much better. During our 1st day of breakfast, asked for the 6 minutes 2 boiled eggs, first she (chef) refused to make it and offered me the 2 options of the boiled eggs (soft and hard boiled) which already available in buffet counter, after I insisted and informed her that I preferred to have the boiled eggs which cooked for 6 minutes, finally she agreed to make it. Got my boiled eggs after sometime but when I opened both of eggs weren’t boiled properly as per request, it seems like she doesn’t know how to make 6 minutes boiled eggs. - the pastry wasnt proof properly and it was hard - Baked beans only available on our first day breakfast - only 1 coffee machine works - the water and juices glass were smelly

i like the facilities (complete enough), and the breakfast was complete and the taste was delicious. i had order room service menu, and i liked it. we didn’t take to long to wait the foods. we had very large spacious room, therefore we really enjoy it.

i dont know was it because of covid or not. I stayed at Family suite with 2 bedrooms (i thought the room was renovated with new interior, because my other’s family rooms member weren’t like our’s). I had to call the housekeeper to re-clean my room, because it had been 2 days they didn’t clean my room very well. The staffs left some stains on the table (specially on the kitchen and dinner table).

Specious parking. This newly renovated hotel outperformed my expectation. Large room with extra king size bed was very comfy and moderately firm. Manager and receptionists worked professionally and always greet with nice converation to guests.

Breakfast was a little disappointed, limited choices and the pastries section provided very few options and not fresh. Staffs at the breakfast entrance hall showed no hospitality, never greet, smile or even say hi, they just gathered and talked.
