Great facilities with a very friendly and helpful owner. The room is spacious, there's daily housekeeping and there is a hot water station downstairs to make tea and coffee. It's close to a few shopping centres and is within cycling/walking distance of Blue Temple. There are also a few restaurants, a 7/11 and a good coffee shop all within a 5 minute walk. The owner let me borrow a bicycle and was also able to arrange for renting a scooter. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a good location for experiencing Chiang Rai.

There's a rooster next door that loves making noise at 3 AM, so bring earbuds.

Very clean and comfy room with comfortable bed. Excellent price per night. The owner Joy is friendly and helpful. She rented me a brand new Honda Click automatic at a very decent 300 baht per day, which was great for visiting the city centre, the temples, the Big Buddha and the Black House.

Graphic House is 30 mins walk from the centre, which I knew before I arrived, so I was happy to have the motorbike. Otherwise, if you don't want to walk, there are tuk-tuks from the centre or 'Grab' taxis on the app.

The room is nice, shower is good, wifi is good. The owner is very pleasant. The price is a real bargain. There's a nice cat. There is hot water and instant coffee available in the morning and you can make toast.

The location is not in the center of town. But it is easy to call Gran or Bolt. Also, it is less than a five minute walk to the Big C, and not much more to the large mall Center Chiang Rai.

Owner is incredible friendly and all staff are very kind and generous. Even asked us if we would like dinner with them on one evening. Room is extremely comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. Big supermarket minutes away. Location between bus terminal 2 and city centre so ideal if you have a scooter

The rooster next door making noise at nighttime, but that is no fault to the property :)

The place and room were really clean. The owner was so nice and has a small kitchen for coffee and a microwave and toaster :) She is really helpful and just super accomodating. We ended up staying a night longer.

We had a scooter so we were flexible but without it would have been annoying.

The owner was so pleasant, she found us a drive to the airport very quickly and she gifted us her bananas:):) clean room, not in the centre of the city, but just 30 minutes walking for the Bazar or the Bus Station, and in the direction of the White Temple…. in the middle of an absolutely non touristic zone!

Lovely place. The host is super kind and helped us for any kind of request. She also rented for us a motorbike at a cheaper price and kept for us the luggages for another day. Room super clean and bed comfortable. She also has lovely dogs and cats 🥰

property was lovely. the woman who runs it is great too. very clean and WiFi worked great. not too far from the plaza

a while into the main city which isn’t ideal. you really need a scooter or be prepared for a long walk.
