The location is great, as I prefer not to stay in busy areas like the surrounding Lee Garden. The room size is good, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is very generous with providing drinking water and soft drinks.

The lighting is too dim for my liking. Additionally, there is no dustbin in the bedroom, so we always have to go into the bathroom to dispose of rubbish. There were some mosquitoes in the room, as mentioned in previous reviews by other users, but it seems the hotel has not taken any action to address this issue. Lastly, the key chain is just too heavy.

everything was close to perfection. the refillable banana chips were nice. room was spacious and setup was perfect. nice location with friendly staff and cat. we tried to run away from our bills but the arrogant cat shouted at our door for a good 5 minutes. responsible cat 👍🏻 Overall, location was perfect. the room was big and the hotel provided us with snacks and drinks to keep us comfortable. They also provide scooter rental to explore around the city which is such a fun experience! would definitely go back if we visit the city again!

but just a few points that would make it better: the mac keyboard and a light unpleasant smell in the toilet. We wanted to use the mac in the room to work on some stuff but the keyboard was disconnected so we never managed to login and we could always smell a light urine-ish smell whenever we were using the toilet bowl. It wasn’t a huge deal so we never voiced out to the hotel. I’m pretty sure if we had told them abt it, they would definitely do something about it.

The environment are very serene and quiet. Im happy to stay there. There is one moment that i had to do some work but i didnt bring my laptop, luckily they provide iMac for the customer to use it for times like this. My work finish in no time. One little tiny thing i like about Habita they provide you 2 umbrella that can be useful when rain and also in sunny day. really really thoughtful. The staff also provide assistance when needed. That give me piece of my mind knowing some one in foreign country can help you.

I didnt like all the small things like the shower water pressure not that strong. The shower temperature keep changing in middle of shower. From hot to less hot suddenly hot again. Very confusing.

The location is fantastic, near to all the food and shopping. Staff is very friendly, helpful, polite. Lots of parking spaces in front and at the back of the hotel. Love the free mini bar and snacks.

Water is not hot enough. Water pressure is low when turning the temperature to warm. Pressure is excellent when the water is cold but it's too cold to bathe in cold water.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an extra sitting room for us to have snack / meal times comfortably. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The glass bathroom was a little too transparent. I had to hang towels on the glass screen while taking a shower.

All 3 booked rooms were very comfortable and clean, it was very nice stay after a full tiring day. The complimentary drinks & snacks were also nice. The evening staffs were friendly and accommodated us with everything we needed.

After the checkout, we needed to wait until the cleaners completed checking our 3 rooms. To make sure everything left is ok. Totally understand the point but a bit unnecessary to wait.

very nice honeymoon suite with transparent bathroom and open bathtub. easy check in and check out. no parking but u can park beside the road and there is guard so its quite safe. need to take tuk tuk from hotel to lee garden. charges is 50baht. don't take if they charge u more. ask the price first. hotel also provide adaptor n umbrella with free mini bar.

Modern facilities, contemporary design and helpful staff

One of the rooms had a mouldy smell but we upgraded rooms without any fuss.I must say all of the beds in Thailand have been too firm for my liking.

Staff at front desk are very helpful and courteous. The junior suite layout at T05 is very spacious, the sofa bed is comfy too. Love the layout and the good sunlight at the balcony area. Hotel is generous with free snacks and drinks in room. The adapter provided in the room is very useful for travellers. Location is central, there is a nice buddhist temple next to the hotel.

location is near to Lee Garden night market. walking distance less than 15 minutes. near 7E. beautiful hotel. comfy bed

toilet bowl and shower are separated hence making the toilet a bit small because of the wall between them
