We have visited Koh Chang before, but this time decided to change locations. We all decided that this was an unexpected little gem. We are not fancy holiday makers, we just want a clean and friendly, not too far away from things place where we can relax and enjoy ourselves. The owners friendly and helpful, the staff a delight. The tortoise was an added bonus. Our rooms were cleaned daily, unless we specifically asked not too. We asked for scooters while we were there, and these were organised without any hassles. We did not try out the breakfast, but did often stop and have a chat with the owners. If you are looking for a sand beach, this isnt the area, but, a couple of km either way, you will find one. There are plenty of places to eat Long Chimp or Jo Chin for example. The room was equipped with a fridge and kettle, so I had my cuppa each morning. The aircon was replaced as it wasn't working properly. We will definitely be going back

If i had to say something, it would be the mattresses. They are slightly harder then what we are used too, but you get used to them very quickly, and I definitely did not have a sleeping problem.

The owners are absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. They were so wonderful with our 2 year old and made the stay really special for him by involving him with caring for the pet tortoise and bird. We really wished we could have stayed longer, it was a highlight of our trip to Koh Chang. The facilities are basic but with everything you need. It was so quiet and peaceful the whole time we were there. Close to the Main Street but far enough away to not be affected by the noise and hoards of tourists.

Nice, clean and quiet place. Little away from all the activities but still close. Great breakfast with fresh fruits from the garden. Friendly and helpsom personal who care about their guest. I will come back here again for sure 🙏

Another very warm welcome at the TP Hut Bungalows.. I have stayed here so many times now and brought many friends along too, This place has everything I need for a short stay or long stay on the beautiful Koh Chang... Rooms are very clean and serviced daily, the staff are very helpful and friendly, your hosts will help you in any way they can.. Excellent place to relax in the quiet and peaceful surroundings..

Only thing I dislike is having to leave...

I stayed in a bungalow at the top of the hill. It was immaculate. Great views, pretty garden, quiet, windy and cool at night. Staff friendly and helpful. Every request honored. Free drinking water 24/7. Coffee, breakfast, and laundry services available for a fee. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a quiet rocky beach nearby where you can snorkel and/or watch sunsets. Can rent a scooter and/or book trips. Recommend a scooter for convenience (seeing the island, visiting sandy beaches and the busier areas).

Beds are firm, even with a mattress topper. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay! This isn’t specific to TP Huts, but to the area in general: the road leading to and from the main road is in poor shape and some vehicles for hire refuse to drive on it (ie. Taxis from the ferry).

In the middle of nature and close to the beach and bars. Restaurants within walking distance. Staff were nice and check in and out was great

Small room but ok for a few nights but not much room to put stuff. No room to walk around the bed but the bed was comfy Shower small and water cool which wasn't too much of a problem in the heat. I found it expensive for what it was in comparison to others I went on to stop In in ko chang.

This place really is magical... I arrived for a few days after leaving lonely beach area (too much noise and too much music and tourists).. I needed something simple and set into nature... This place certainly did not disappoint.. It was super peaceful and quiet surrounded by green and all you can hear is the sound of nature 24/7... I couldn't ask for better experience... I decided to come back, and booked another week to stay because I enjoyed it so much... Right opposite Pearl beach (with a stunning view) and 30-40 min walk both Klong Prao beach and the other side to White Sands.

I didn't dislike anything! The staff and the owner are so sweet, friendly and helpful and they keep the place looking great... They really care and it shows... I will recommend this place to anyone who comes to Koh Chang.. It has really been a special experience!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was quiet, calm and peaceful.

The huts are old and not renovated for years so everything hardly works. You should add 250baht a day for a scooter as there is a few km to the city, shops and beaches.

The bungalow was very authentic, a good size, and had a nice balcony at the front to chill out on (with the compulsory hammock) Small fridge, and good AirCon. The cleaning staff were excellent, as well as the host who helped us out with printing out some paperwork we needed. I also felt it was very good value for what we paid for our 10-night stay.

The location was sort of an in-between of areas which made it pretty quiet. That said, there were still quite a few places to eat and drink within walking distance. Also, a Tesco Lotus (with ATM outside) and a Big C to get any supplies you may want. If you wanted to go further, just down the lane (on the main road) you can jump in a local taxi or even hire a scooter from the hotel.

Superb location.... Quiet.... 5 minutes walk to beach... Supermarket and restaurants
