Everything - the location, the super friendly welcoming, fun staff, the pool, our room, the restaurants around Klong Nin, dream beach, the cats, the canoe, the snorkelling, the coffee in the morning - it was hard to leave!!!

Nothing really - I think as a suggestion it’d be good if the bathroom had a couple more hooks to hang things! And we didn’t absolutely love the other guests, they were hogging the sun loungers and sun bags like nothing else while not actually using them for hours, and then were rude about it when we tried to take one. It’d be good if the hotel managed that a bit more, it was a bit unfair.

The Stay at Lanta Miami Resort was amazing. We spent 8 nights here and had a very good time for the following reasons: > beautiful location right on the beach with a lot space and also many seats under the shadow of palms > very good breakfast and AMAZING fruit shakes > staff was very friendly > we never had the feeling of being in a crowded place, even though the hotel was fully booked > good Thai massage right at the beach connected to the hotel > beautiful sunset spot > very chilled Compared to all the other hotels we‘ve seen during beach walks and scooter tours exploring Koh Lanta we always felt that we made the right choice with Lanta Miami

We loved the location right on the beach with the good sized pool overlooking it. Lots of options for sunbeds, deckchairs and beanbags poolside, on the beach or beneath palm trees. The food was great, breakfast plentiful and varied each day. The room (3rd row bungalow) was clean 👌 with a nice terrace with deckchairs. Separate pool towels are provided and clean vath towels delivered daily. The staff were ALL friendly, chatty and helpful - without exception! Quiet location but with enough little bars and restaurants either side along the beach to try out. Mr Lek next door provides a drinks menu to Miami guests as it does not serve alcohol. You just pay a separate bill if you eat at Miami - works perfectly (food and Mr Leks is also great) Couldn't fault it for the price!!

The location of the property was excellent

There wasn’t really any comfort , and although I understand they are traditional Thai accommodation, they were not very practical, not much space for clothes ( that being said, I did overpack) Not many sunbeds for the property, and they are uncomfortable, no sunbeds on the beach, they are a small bean bag.highly recommend the beach front bungalows. Also there were a hell of a lot of children ,due to this it was very very noisy , think we were there during German half term ,

Good breakfast. Nice beach, fine sand, yet a bit rocky in the water, fantastic sunsets. Clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice variety of restaurants and bars along the beach.

Busy road very close behind room made it necessary with earplugs to sleep. Too few sun beds for the number of guests made it more or less impossible to use them (unless you join the people that go up before breakfast to claim one…). But nice areas to relax near the beach anyway. Jellyfish most of the days during the stay. The hotel does not serve alcohol, but that is instead handled by the bar next door. Works, but evey meal results in two separate bills.

Pool and location are great, the food at the hotel was really good too. I would stay here again for sure! The rooms were big enough (we were in the hillside rooms), wifi worked perfectly fine too. Coffee/tea/water & toiletries all provided on a daily basis. When we arrived we had a problem paying by card (their signal was down) but the staff offered to take us to the ATM to get cash out (it is two mins by foot away so i just walked!). We also had a problem with the safe but they soon sorted it out too! The staff are friendly and helpful for sure.

Would of preferred a table & chair on a balcony area but these was lacking. For awareness (not a moan...) the hotel doesn't sell alcohol however they have an arrangement with the bar next door who do sell it. So you get two bills, one for food and then one for drink. Didn't cause any issues but wanted to make others aware!

Lovely beachfront bungalow only a few steps from the beautiful beach. Decent pool that was clean. Helpful staff and lovely setting. Right next to a bar next door. Pretty decent choice and food at breakfast.

There was a jacuzzi bath in the room that was faulty- we had to take the (already loose) bath panel off to make it work. The bed were a little firm but not too bad. As we arrived during Ramadan we couldn't check in (or order any food) until the staff had finished breaking the fast in the evening. As we had travelled from a strict Muslim country we are culturally sensitive to things like this but it was a bit of a pain after a 6 hour journey. Not a major problem just something to be aware of I guess.

Lovely beach front resort with its pool and many sunbeds. Location is good on Klong Nin but this area just doesn't compare to Long Beach or Klong Dao. Lovely room (V03) with seaview, comfy beds and gorgeous bathroom including rainfall shower and whirlpool bath

Such slow service in restaurant and bar - not what you want on holiday when you could be enjoying the beach and pool or you want to be off exploring. No need for it. Good continental selection and fruit at breakfast, but hot food a real let down :(

The location is great! The hotel is like part of nature, and on the beach, we literally had dinner on the sand. The pool is surrounded by green and at the same time it's on the beach, so you have sea and pool right there, both options. And there is also a small pool for little children. We were two adults with our two children (5 and 7 yrs old) and we could sleep comfortably in one of the rooms (double bed + single bed). If you need a boat tour for hopping islands, they will show you options and will organize everything!

The food is average, so if you're looking forward to Thai food, not the best place. The service also could be improved, staff speaks little English and sometimes is difficult to order food as a foreigner, but they were nice and trying to help. There was this really nice guy (I think his name was Kofi) who was more professional, he could actually explain the menu to you and spoke better English. Also they don't allow alcohol in the pool and don't have alcohol at the hotel, but you can still order and they get it for you from the bar next to it or you could buy it in small shops near the hotel.

Great little family run hotel on a wonderful stretch of beach. Good pool, all very clean and really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet and lots of nearby restaurants and bars for evening dining. Excellent value for money.

Rooms are a little tired. Food apart from breakfast is fine. but so many better food options for lunch and dinner nearby. But still a real little gem for an inexpensive holiday with kids.
