Location, security, facilities, restaurant, bar & massage really good

Bed too hard, pillows awful, wasn’t sure how to get room cleaned as no instructions & no tag to hang out

It was specious, clean and quiet bungalow. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Stayed here before, luckily we go the same “On the beach” room. Probably the best located room on Klong Nin beach! With wonderful view of the sunset every evening! Nice pool and restaurant. Resort located in the centre of the long beach, close to bars and restaurants. Nice sized room with good a/c and fridge.

Small gripes really, but pool area was lacking shading during the afternoon and the sunbeds were not the best. Room not visited every day to replenish beverages and empty bins. Bathroom a bit tired but it seems other rooms being upgraded, so may be soon completed as well. Still deserves a 10 revue because of wonderful location right on the beach. Would definitely stay again in that room.

Good size rooms with hot water shower. Liked that we had table and chairs outside to enjoy the view. Good size pool with sun loungers and plenty of seating in the restaurant area. We were a bit dubious after reading some reviews but really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and had 3 rooms in total. One room did smell on the first day from the toilet but staff sorted it out straight away. Lovely beach access from the resort and lots of nice bars and restaurants along the Beachfront to enjoy sunset.

Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together which was not ideal especially as they moved apart. Needs bedside lights or at least 1 lamp.

Beach side bungalow row 4 was still super close to the beach and pool area. Room was good for the price with all facilities expected, free bottle of water and clean towels daily. Pool was cleaned regularly and was never too busy. Restaurant served really good Thai food and the staff were super friendly. Live band played on the Friday or Saturday night and there was the best fire show we saw in ko lanta on the Sunday evening. Khlong nin was the perfect location to sight see the island and we also met some lovely people at the resort and in the nearby restaurants!

The lighting in the rooms is quite dim and our bungalow only had a small window so we found the room quite dark. Not the biggest problem as you spend most of the time outside but it made finding things difficult.

The hotel is perfectly situated on Klong Nin beach and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby that you can walk too. The location is amazing, right on the beach and the staff at the hotel were all very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond tuis give exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Koh Lanta. Thank you 🙏

A lot of people were reserving Sun beds with towels around the pool from very early morning and then didn’t show up for hours so it was really hard to get a sun bed all day. I don’t think this should be allowed.

We had a front row bungalow with view to the sea. Amazing location which was a bit off to the side away from the pool. Hence having two hammocks or flatbeds mainly to ourselves. With only a view meters to the beach, a truly picturesque postcard feeling came immediately. The beach was lovely, with only fine sand and the ability to walk into the warm water for many meters. Good and affordable restaurant/bar and cheap motorcycle rental on site of hotel.

Laundry service took quite a long time - 3 days. Damage to the ceiling in the bathroom.

beautiful beach. Eat a delicious breakfast buffet every day. The fried rice made by the chef is particularly delicious. Originally I left the island a week ago, but because this hotel was so beautiful I took the boat back. Stayed for a few more days. It's a great place for a vacation. Convenient location. It’s fun to pet cats and dogs every day.

It would be great if the quilt could be replaced by the inner liner of the mattress. The blanket is uncomfortable

We booked two beachfront bungalows and one was the premium one at the very front. Great rooms, a great beach to wake up to. Rooms were clean and comfortable, beds very comfy and we had everything we needed. The restaurant catered for all and the food was good. The pool was clean and the water fresh - not overly chlorinated like a lot of pools tend to be. The massages were great and right on the beach. The staff were great. Nothing not to like - absolute bargain at this price. Also my daughter left her AirPods in the room and the staff sent them to us at our hotel in Bangkok! Would definitely stay here again.

The service is very friendly and any problems are solved immediately. Breakfast is particularly delicious. The location is the best in this area. There are several cute dogs running around on the beach for a walk every morning. so cute. The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices, and the fried rice is more delicious than what is sold in star-rated restaurants outside, which is a surprise. I will choose this place to stay next time I come here
