Hotel is fantastic. The new owner Yannick, his lovely hard working Wife and Marc the Manager do a great job in running this hotel. I stayed 15-19th January in room 5 on the ground floor overlooking the lovely pool. The grounds are gardens are beautiful with a real clean, modern feel to the outside area. The room was great, lovely big bed, air con, fridge, really good Wifi, flat screen TV and a safe. Bathroom well equipped with great quality toiletries. Amazing value for money at £143.00 for 4 nights room only in high season in Samui. You can get a great English breakfast for 250 baht and eat at the side of the pool. Very relaxed, easy going atmosphere. Yannick is always laughing and joking with the guests and is the happiest guy in Thailand. I love this hotel and can highly recommend it.

There was sometimes a toilet/drain smell in the bathroom and the water took a long time to drain away after having a shower but this is very common in Thailand.

- The staff was great all around - I really liked the pool - Everything is clean and well maintained - Very close to the beach and short walk to the main road - The bed is really soft and there are 2 pillows for each which have different "hardness" so intended for you to find what is comfortable for you. For me it didn't work but I appreciate the thought put into it.

- The biggest problem is that the room was on the ground floor facing the pool. The other side of the room is next to what seems to me as a service corridor. Unfortunately there is no sound insulation in the room, so you can hear talking from the pool area very loud, as well as from the service corridor.

This hotel has a perfect location in Maenam. It’s off a small side street which means it’s very quiet at night. There’s beach access just two minutes walking from the property. And from both the front and back of the building there are nice plots of forested land which means great sunsets and sunrises. Maenam Village proper is only about 5-10 minutes walking from the hotel and there you will find some excellent cafes that are open for the early risers as well as international restaurants and any kind of shop you could need. Maenam is also still a very Thai area of the island so along the main road you’ll have tons of authentic Thai food seasoned for Thai taste, not watered down and bland for the “NO SPICY!” farang. There’s a great Jok Muu shop for the best early morning Thai breakfast as well at 1baht Chinese donuts. The property itself was also fantastic. There’s a large swimming pool with lots of seating areas around and a covered dining area. The owner is very friendly, full of suggestions about the area, and check in is very smooth. The room itself is quite large for the price point. The bed and bedding are fantastic and there’s all the things you need for a longer stay like a fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom is huge and there’s a separate shower area instead of the classic Thai water closet style. And there’s also a very large and comfortable balcony to relax and enjoy the views. I just stayed one night because it’s very close to the Lomprayah Pralarn Pier but plan on making it my new go too hotel and recommending it to friends and family. As long as he doesn’t raise the prices then I won’t even bother searching for other rooms.

No complaints at all. I’d be happier if the room was cheaper but everyone’s gotta make money and these rates still work with my budget.

The Hotel is in a very quite area, but near to restaurant and bas, the beach is two minute away by foot. The owner is a great guest always happy to do the extra mile to satisfy your needs. The other guest of the hotel are families and couples, the Hotel have a good breakfast, tipical thai restaurant are few minute away, I suggest to rent a bike to visit other beaches and places, if you want to rest, this is the best place in Samui.!!!

It's so close to a nice and quiet beach. Rooms are clean and comfy. Fresh sheets and towel every day. My room even had a bit of sea view from the balcony. :) Helped me to rent a scooter easily so I could explore all the island.

I couldn't make the TV work but maybe I was too stupid. Don't need that anyway so I don't care.

Didier and his wife are really helpful. If you want something just tell them and they will help. The hotel is small, approximately 15 rooms only. This was huge advantage for me, because it was quiet almost all the time. There are a lot of good restaurants on the main road 5 minutes to walk from hotel. Wi-fi was great, I called to my parents with video via Skype and it worked perfect

Owner very nice! Can speak France and English ~ close to the sea front（1 min walk), beautiful vision, Coz from hotel look out haven't got other building block your view! Big room & bed, owner do western breakfast, homemade jams so lovely! I love the coconut jam, my partner like pineapple jam... LOL... If you want to rent motorbike, ask owner, he'll help you :)

Toilet zoom too small... When you sit down Can't close / open the door that well... If you ask people pass something to you, door will hit your leg. Lol~

Didier and his team are really friendly and helpful . it’s a familiar atmosphere-located in a small road behind the beach- -3 min walk- clean rooms -some with balcony , fridge and Safe in room- and shower with warm water . breakfast recommended at a small area beside the pool - so you can get contact to other guests- had some nice talks with nice suisse guests ( Greetings!)

Affordable accommodation, fresh and clean, good location very close to the beach. Good breakfast (the jam that the wife makes herself with passionfruit and mango was absolutely fantastic). Didier was super nice, welcoming and helpful. Can highly recommend this accommodation! Merci beaucoup

Nothing negative.

We had a great stay! Didier and his family are very kind and friendly. He helped us with all kind of questions and more. My husband had a hernia and Dedier arranged a chiropractor. The nice short walk to the beach was very nice. It's a nice little place with all a you need.

There are no nice restaurants where you can walk to, you need car or scooter to the nice places.
