The Side sea view room was excellent. Pools Lovely

My son and family had the garden view rooms which are over the other side of the road, It was very dated and they could not sue the sink as it did not work

3 swimming pools and right on the beachfront, couldn’t ask for more. Room felt very private as it was its own bungalow, with a good amount of room inside as well as a small table and chairs outside. 2 good restaurants within the hotel, as well as many more nearby within walking distance. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottles of water. Planes not an issue at all, they’re quite infrequent, and watching them take off and land never gets old. Excellent value for money.

Very poor water pressure for both shower and sink. Some places are far away on the island which can make it difficult to get to, although there is no perfect location as everything is dotted about.

Very convenient stop off en route between Koh Phangan and Samui airport - I always spend a couple of nights here on the way home because of the precariousness of boats between the islands. When the boats were suspended in December 2022 - I could not get to my reservation, but they did not charge me because I could not get to the hotel - cool! Pools are great - top up the tan before going home. Easy access to convenience supermarkets and airport - chilled way to end a trip. Staff are very friendly and competent.

Having to use your own cell phone to call room service is not cool. Now you have to pay for taxi service to airport - but that is reasonable. They might consider waiving the cost of a bottle of water for the occupant of a junior suite considering the price difference ...

The layout of the hotel is perfect, with rooms around two lovely swimming pools, either side of the restaurant, just a few steps up from the beach. Compared with lots of other hotels in Koh Samui and Thailand in general, the value for money of the hotel, in such a stunning location, is excellent! I wish we had stayed here for longer!!

Perhaps the cleaners could leave the replenishments of water, toilet roll etc on the terrace if they aren't able to clean the room on any particular day.

You get quite a nice tiny house for a very cheap price! We don‘t like air conditioner because we always get a cold, so we decided for the cheaper rooms without ac. There‘s a fan inside at that was cooling enough for us! Nice pool in front of the hotel-own beach. Everything quite luxury. Right on the main street with shops, restaurants, bars, … If it wasn’t for the airport, the hotel wouldn’t be affordable for us. So you get used of the noise only during the day. (Haven’t heard one plane land or start during the night hours.)

The airport is right behind. The cheaper rooms have ventilation slots everywhere so you can hear the outside as loud as inside the tiny house.

The location is great with beach access. We loved the large pool area for relaxing and cooling off. Love the separate bungalows so theres no neighbour noise. The terrace is a nice break out space too. I found the planes flying overhead a novelty and they stop at night and start at 7am, so didn't interupt sleep. Easy walk to 711 and local restaurants.

Just a couple of amenities would have been nice, like a kettle and a clothes rack to dry your bathers, towel etc. We got boiling water from the restaurant at night but when I tried at 8:30am, I was told its closed and to walk across the street. I mean air conditioner would be fabulous, especially that the fan is loud and takes up alot of space. Maybe a ceiling fan would be better. There is a bit of bass sound from music at nearby bar. Could use a splash of paint to brighten up the room.

Lovely staff which took us with our bags in a golf cart to our room, 3 pools which are all clean and lovely. Really enjoyed our stay felt like luxury for such a reasonable price. The restaurant is expensive but there are cheaper options a short walk away also near a pier and 7- eleven and many restaurants and pharmacies.

The noise of the airplanes but we knew this already so was not a problem as we came prepared with ear plugs

The hotel has 3 pools. We really enjoyed the 2 ones facing the beach (another one on the other side of the road where our budget room was). The hotel is close to the pier where some of the ferries from Koh Panghan and Koh Tao are coming and as well close to the airport, so that makes this place a good choice for one night stay between ferry and plane or vice versa (on the other side there is a lot of noise from landing planes).

The room that we got had horrible old mattress (to the point that it is not evenly high) and was not cleaned well before our arrival. As well the window was broken and not closed properly. We requested to change a room after a while when we realised we would not be able to sleep there. The staff kindly showed us another room (from same category) which had much newer and better mattress, cleaner and well maintained. If they would have been fully booked and we would stayed in the first room, our rate of the hotel would have been around 2-3 points. The crossing of the busy road to get from the budget rooms to the front desk/pools is a little bit of a hassle.

The pools that the hotel has are really nice! And the location was good for us, because we needed to be close to the airport for an early flight. You can hear the planes, but they stop around 23 and don’t start till the morning, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The room was without AC, so it was very hot/humid. Also very old school room that needed an upgrade.
