I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and professionalism of all the staff, from the hotel to the beach club, who are always on hand with a smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Chaweng, comfortable, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. But you should know that this is a hotel with a beach club, so you can expect DJ nights every Saturday night, with electro music. Personally, I'm not a fan, and I'd have liked a little more diversity in the programs. But it's still very festive, with an incredible atmosphere with a touch of chic, unlike the neighboring competitors... I'd like to end by warmly thanking all the staff and in particular Manfred, the manager, who took great care of me from the first to the last day of my 15-day vacation.

Lack of soundproofing in the villa. But above all, cruelly lacking in privacy on the terrace, with a passage opposite, another villa to the right and a restaurant to the left. Very nice villa that could do with some work.

The Hotel is quite new (or renovated as of 08.2023) with a good location on Chaweng beach. Main Street with bars and restaurants is just 100m away. Room equipment of my option (standard bungalow) was new but somehow very basic, e.g. room floor and bathroom walls/floor just painted, no tiles or anything (but it makes it makes it easier to remove beach sand) Two separate beds are on wheels, they “travel” across the room very easy, even if you lock the wheels, so I connected them in one, it helped :) Breakfast set is around 7 EUR. Other types of food, both western and local are available too. Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive.

Right in front of the hotel there is a spit of land approx. 50 meters from the shore. So the swimming can be limited during low-tide. Since this is a “2 in 1” one facility: a hotel and a beach club, it can get quite loud far after midnight, especially on weekends. Was not a problem for me, but might be something to consider for others.

A great and well maintained resort in the heart of Chaweng. We liked the rooms in bohemian style. Good shower and perfect aircon. The beach club is run separately from the resort which is somewhat a pity. Service is still good though and breakfast and food are excellent. Good attention to detail throughout the resort. The saturday night DJ party by the beach and pool is great fun and a good party. Don´t stay on saturday if you are looking for quiet and rest.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Elephant Beach Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience. Also enjoyed the beach club during our stay which has a nice vibe and a good selection of food and drinks.

The beach cold be better. There are many rocks there. Be aware that staff make videos of your room! They tried to charge as for Coca Cola and used the video of our room to prove we drank it (we didn’t and we then proved it). But the situation was awful we spend 20 unpleasant minutes and eventually realised that somebody make videos of our room! Actually they should tell us about it before. Another thing - they tried to charge us for a bottle of soda and a can of Coca.

Elephant Beach Club is a wonderful Oasis within a very busy, noisy and lively resort. We were upgraded into one of the wonderful bungalows with everything catered for within our room. We were greeted by exceptional staff who were very friendly and accommodating at every opportunity. We loved the atmosphere within the accommodation and cool Ibiza style chill out vibes on the beach and around the pool area. We were on a bed and breakfast basis which was simply wonderful.

The Beach club is set back of the main road however the noise from hotel next door with its base of dance music was incredibly loud especially at night. Even though we are middle aged we like to have few cocktails and the chilled vibe sounds from our complex. We did not enjoy by any means the really loud partying from the hotel next door! Our only complaint but worth noting how crazy noisy it was.

Whilst I understand not being able to eat your own food and drink if you are a non hotel guest by the pool if you are a guest you should have every right to and this did annoy me on a few occasions. Some staff members was slightly more acomodating but others would tell you off . And whilst I brought alot from the hotel it’s expensive and as I’ve paid all that money for the rooms should be aloud to eat snacks from the shop if I wish

The staff were very friendly and helpful and offered very good service. The room was lovely and the restaurant with beach and pool view great! The restaurant food and cocktails were very good.

The pool is quite shallow and heats up so is not refreshing. There is a reef in front of the resort so the water in the ocean is too shallow to swim. I needed to walk about 10 minutes South along the beach to swim. The resort does not have any kayaks or water sports available. It is next to other large Beach clubs and is extremely noisy until the early hours.

My daughter and I loved staying at the Elephant Beach Club & Resort on Samui Island. The place was clean, comfortable and all the staff were friendly. It was actually the nicest place on the whole Island. Relaxing by the pool with excellent service was a treat and having the sea right in front was an added bonus. The beach club is designed tastefully and the colourful lights at night was like another world. Highly recommend this place ! A big thank you to all the staff!

We spent 8 nights at this beautiful hotel and we loved every moment of it. The room was beautiful, spacious, well equipped. It was our honeymoon and our room was beautifully decorated with flowers. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the sheets were extremely silky. The cleaning was impeccable, and available throughout the day. You can choose between 2 breakfast options, 1 big and one small, we went with the big version every day including fruit, croissant, yogurt, egg of your choice, bacon, beans, tea or coffee and juice. Everything was fresh and tasty. Our friends wanted to have some variation and were offered to choose something else from the menu for the same price. We needed early breakfast the last day and I must say I have never had this quality before at any other place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, would specially like to thank Yin, Theint and Bobo at breakfast and Naing in the evening, they made our satisfaction to their mission! Not to .mention Nikky, the manager, who had always a smile on her face and some nice words towards everyone. She also has great style and it turned out her clothes were designed by her and available in a store called Andbydelfina close to the hotel. There is a party at the hotel every Saturday, the beach club is really cool, as well as the line up. The club closes at 2am, we went to bed at 1, and weren't at all disturbed by the music luckily. The beach is beautiful with a lot of sunbeds, there were no issues with finding an available one. The hotel also offers transfer to and from the airport, which I recommend to book, as we didn't when we arrived, and it took us 30 minutes at the airport to find one. We also loved the fireshows at the beach every evening.

We had a great time and loved everything with the hotel. We would have liked one more party, as they are only on Saturdays and we only spent one Saturday there. Would be nice to have these at least twice a week. And be aware of tide times, at high tide there is no beach unfortunately, or you can still swim, however you enter the water from the stairs.
