Great staff all so friendly. The pool and beach .breakfast was lovely at chaweng garden beach resort. Stayed in the comfort room with balcony. Was warned it was noisy at night but we never had a problem sleeping nrver heard anything as these rooms are set at the back . Comfy bed .

Not much storage space . We stayed 15 nights and struggled where to put our clothes as i dont like living out of a case .

The rooms are fantastic, modern and comfortable. The aircon is also phenomenal. Will defo be returning to J4.

Good hotel and staff. We got to Samui and no cases they were still in Bangkok, but delivered 11.30pm to Hotel.

Great location. Stayed in the garden rooms and no noise at all from any surrounding bars. Was a bit worried about Ark bar next door but no noise up this end. Location is amazing and staff are great.

Good location, friendly staff. Def great that you can use the swimming pool of the resort next door, which has a restaurant, bar and massage booth.

Impossible not to take sand to your room. Many stairs to reach the room

I really liked the facilities they had to offer, like the massage on the beach and also the staff throughout the hotel was so friendly always asking if they could do anything the breakfast selection was great and also its great as its a 5 minute drive to samui airport

can get a but load at night as near main strip, but we knew that before booking didn't really affect us but u can ask for the room most furthest away if u don't want as much noise

This hotel took me by surprise in a good way! The rooms are very comfortable plus, the WiFi was great. The location was perfect, near everything plus you get access to the neighbouring hotel pool which is on the beach front! I'd say this is actually a hack in Koh Samui, affordable room with access to a luxury hotels pool!

You can hear outside noise, to be honest it wasn't as loud as I thought and they do provide ear plugs if needed for me as a heavy sleeper it wasn't an issue at all. If I was to be really nit picky.. the smell of the shower get was awful and they should provide hand soap (different to shower gel)
