The Hotel was very good and the villa was spacious and the bed was vey comfortable it was nice to have a plunge pool outside the villa but my husband had an accident and fell into the pool but it wasn't the hotels fault overall everything else was perfect

most things were good in the hotel except the plunge pool didn't have any steps so it wasn't easy to get in or out as my husband fell in and hurt his back and the staff were lovely but they didn't have much understanding of English so it was hard to communicate with them and the Breakfast wasn't vey good most of it wasn't cooked properly but we enjoyed our holiday and would go back again so I want to say Thank you to Zara Beach resort for looking after us.

Great location, right on the beach. The staff were also really helpful and wonderful every time we spoke to them. I was a bit nervous about staying here because of so many negative reviews but I really do not understand why the hotel was rated so poorly. If those people want to experience the Four Seasons then why wouldn’t they stay there and pay the price of that type of resort? This was one of the best places we stayed in all of Thailand and it was great value for money.

Loved the private pool outside our villa and the beach front location. Perfect for a lazy chilled holiday in paradise! Staff were extremely helpful with excursions and info and even helped us hire scooters at a very good price!

The only negative comment I have to say is a few days in to our stay, our pool turned green, possibly due to leaves, etc, from trees surrounding it but this was sorted the next day. Which was excellent from the staff!

Great central location by a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Helpful staff at breakfast. Beautiful kept gardens. Great pool area with comfortable sun beds. Clean rooms. Beautiful villas. We requested to move villas due to personal preference and the staff were happy to arrange right away.

If you're prone to mosquito bites or react particularly badly to them, this may not be ideal. Inside or outside, you will absolutely get bitten, even caked in repellent. The resort does not provide any mosquito repellent devices or nets for the villas. There was seemingly no hotel or pool bar available at any point during our week stay. If we were able to buy drinks at the resort, we weren't made aware of how. The beach opposite is unusable due to the litter. It's not a swimming or sunbathing beach, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Pool is really nice & the hotel is right next to the beach. The staff are super nice as well. The surrounding area has such good vibes was amazing staying here.

The shower was a bit weird, thought I was going to slip and fall in it. It was still pretty nice but the floor of the shower is a sizeable level down from the doorway.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with evrything in walking distance. Pool view amazing to relax.

We arrived at Zara Beach and it automatically felt like paradise! The staff kindly took our luggage to our room (which was a shared jacuzzi room). The room was a great size, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Super quiet and the facilities/grounds of the property were beautiful. The location is right next to the beach and you can walk along the beach for about 10 mins where you will find beachside restaurants and bars.

The only slight downfall which meant I couldn't give this hotel a 10 was just the slight mould on the shower screen - no big deal for us as it was only small but considering how clean the rest of the property is it just meant we noticed it. Also, again not a huge deal but you can only use the shared jacuzzi until 8pm.

I had been at this villa in 2015..it needs a fresh up and maintenance in the bath room .The air conditioning gets quite loud.

The staff as always make the trip, very helpful and friendly

Some aspects of the room where not that clean, when we first arrived we had a small spillage of water when we moped up the towel/ welcome mat was black. Also the shower enclosure and screen was covered in scale and water marks throughout the stay never once cleaned properly
