the smell of the pool, too much chlorine cant check in early.. have to wait another 30minutes for them to clean up bfore check in & got cigarette in the pool when i'm arrive

Shsss this is a secret, I’m only going to tell you guys this place is amazing. A hotel that’s only a couple of years old. it’s a 5 star experience at a 4 star price. The place is very clean, the rooms are excellent and the food is exceptional, with a breakfast choice for everyone. The best thing about this place is the amazing staff, that are very friendly and welcoming. You really do get the 5 star treatment here. There is a pool bar and a roof top bar that serves drinks for most of the day and a happy hour from 4pm. This place is a great place to recharge your batteries.

For a modern hotel the air conditioning was a little noisy at nighttime but this really is being picky

Everything was perfect, the room was extremely comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed any support, the facilities were great. We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool and it was one of the best holidays we’ve had. Really appreciated the shuttle bus to the beach service, made it really convenient to get around. Breakfast was delicious, although the Western food selection was quite repetitive, but was fine for us. It was really quiet at night and even with multiple families with kids staying at the same time as us we had a lovely romantic couple holiday here. Would love to come to Infinity again in the future!

The hotel is a bit far from the city and the beach - they have an hourly shuttle service which is great but if you’re trying to go out in the evening it can be a bit of a hassle. We would recommend booking the shuttle service in the evening as it is often cheaper than local cabs and more comfortable. On the bright side though it means it is quiet at night and far from the loud parties.

Staff was rude and arrogant Our private pool was not clean

The property is fairly new and clean, we stayed on the 5th floor and there was nice cool breeze with fresh air blowing across. AC was not really even necessary at day time. We wanted to stay away from busy streets but not too far away from the beach. Infinity was ideal in that way located perfectly. Staff are pleasant, with some having difficulty understanding English. But it's common in Thailand. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, a well managed and hospitable place.

We stayed in room 503 & 504. There was some heavy maintenance work carried out in room 505 with alot of dust. Hotel management should be mindful of planning when to carry out work when the adjoining room is occupied. Nothing wrong with the technicians as they did their best to keep it as quiet as possible. But the timing wasn't that great. The matress could be abit more soft.

Breakfast was pretty good, nothing too exceptional but fair spread of variety, Thai food was standout amongst all. Room was clean and spacious, beds were super comfy and big, bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Service by the staff was good as well. Very affordable for the price! Close proximity to food outlets as well as a great massage place just outside the hotel. There were a variety of tour packages available by the hotel as well. Overall had a great time!

It was quite rainy during our time there, and there was no sheltered path from the lobby to our room so we got quite drenched despite umbrellas. Private pool had some millipedes and leaves in it and was quite cold. Though the privacy of it was nice. There was a small fitness room, which only had a bench, treadmill and a stationary bike, some dumbbells (max weight of 30 lbs), and 2 gym mats. Infinity pool was unfortunately not open during our 3 days stay there due to weather conditions.

Booked the one bedroom spa, exceptionally clean and comfortable for its price range and room type. Beautiful pillow and flower arrangement for our anniversary ❤️ thankyou. The water pressure and shower was fine, spa was lovely and well presented in its own dedicated area (not squashed into the main bathroom). Fantastic breakfast, great mix of south east Asian dishes and western. Great fruit selections. The hotel is away from the main tourist drag and beach, which is a blessing, and the free shuttle service can get you there when you want to, 5 min drive. Very helpful with arranging shuttle bus outside of it's schedule. Friendly staff ☺️ Nana & Bib I will stay here again when in Krabi next.

A bit of mold on the bottom corner of the silicon strip of the shower. It would be nice if the complimentary shuttle bus ran a little later.

The hotel is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Check in and check out go quite easy and you don’t need to wait a lot. The shuttle van is also available after hours and you pay only 50baht per person which is a good deal. Both swimming pools are a plus, especially the one on the 6th floor. The rooms are very spacious and a smart tv is a big plus. If we come by Ao Nang again we would definitely stay here.

Closet space. We rented out the junior suite and there was very little closet space. The staff could be a little more relaxed and not stiff. All in all everything else was great.

Super large king bed can sleep all four of us, plus futon area above the king bed which our kids really love. Clean room and linen. Variety of breakfast is limited but quality and taste are good. Friendly hotel staff with smiley faces and always willing to help. The pool water is lovely milky blue colour and very clean. Our family room has a balcony with direct access to the pool so kids can jump in the pool in one minute and we can supervise them from the room. There are free shuttle buses running from hotel to ao nang beach by schedule.

The location is a bit of walk distance from main road. The shuttle buses should run to later hours such as 8.45pm instead of 5.45pm

The STAFF were amazing people. We didn’t encounter one issue or it was quickly mitigated. The daily buffet breakfast was always on point. The 2 pools were always cleaned every day before using it. The daily shuttle into the main town was always welcomed to save costs. The location for us was perfect because it was away from the main road and very low traffic. There is a restaurant a minute away that will cook some of the best Thai food and the hotel restaurant provided excellent food too. The hotel provided multiple options from single to family guests. One issue we had was the pressure in the tub. We asked and they tried very hard to fix it but still took about 30mins for half a tub. It was really a game changer so it was okay.
