Shsss this is a secret, I’m only going to tell you guys this place is amazing. A hotel that’s only a couple of years old. it’s a 5 star experience at a 4 star price. The place is very clean, the rooms are excellent and the food is exceptional, with a breakfast choice for everyone. The best thing about this place is the amazing staff, that are very friendly and welcoming. You really do get the 5 star treatment here. There is a pool bar and a roof top bar that serves drinks for most of the day and a happy hour from 4pm. This place is a great place to recharge your batteries.

For a modern hotel the air conditioning was a little noisy at nighttime but this really is being picky

the smell of the pool, too much chlorine cant check in early.. have to wait another 30minutes for them to clean up bfore check in & got cigarette in the pool when i'm arrive

Breakfast was pretty good, nothing too exceptional but fair spread of variety, Thai food was standout amongst all. Room was clean and spacious, beds were super comfy and big, bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Service by the staff was good as well. Very affordable for the price! Close proximity to food outlets as well as a great massage place just outside the hotel. There were a variety of tour packages available by the hotel as well. Overall had a great time!

It was quite rainy during our time there, and there was no sheltered path from the lobby to our room so we got quite drenched despite umbrellas. Private pool had some millipedes and leaves in it and was quite cold. Though the privacy of it was nice. There was a small fitness room, which only had a bench, treadmill and a stationary bike, some dumbbells (max weight of 30 lbs), and 2 gym mats. Infinity pool was unfortunately not open during our 3 days stay there due to weather conditions.

The hotel is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Check in and check out go quite easy and you don’t need to wait a lot. The shuttle van is also available after hours and you pay only 50baht per person which is a good deal. Both swimming pools are a plus, especially the one on the 6th floor. The rooms are very spacious and a smart tv is a big plus. If we come by Ao Nang again we would definitely stay here.

Closet space. We rented out the junior suite and there was very little closet space. The staff could be a little more relaxed and not stiff. All in all everything else was great.

We loved the overall experience of this hotel. It’s a new and clean hotel.

We booked the room with private pool but unfortunately the water was cold!! We arrived one day later due to our flight that had been canceled, during checkout I explained that we didn’t make use of the breakfast but the staff just couldn’t understand me..

Lovely hotel. Two swimming pools (the one on the roof was lovely, with amazing views and also about 15m long so you could actually swim). Hotel is super clean throughout and greatly maintained.

Check in was weird. They made everybody (about 5 different groups) wait till exactly 2pm before allowing check in. Logically, some rooms would have been feee before that so it was frustrating to have such a strict rule. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, which always annoys me. Beds were also very firm, which I don’t like (some prefer this). Asked for a softener but wasn’t provided with one. Location is about 45 mins walk from beachfront. I rented a bike so was fine but for those who don’t, could be a lot. Hotel do put on an hourly shuttle between 10-6 (I think).

Brilliant pools, great breakfast, really helpful and nice staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great views, quiet location. All in all a really great hotel for such good value. Everything you would need is there and there are a bunch of restaurants a very short walk away. The perfect place to stay for a peaceful and quiet break by the pool.

The gym is fairly basic - all that's there are very light dumbbells. We knew that coming here so not complaining but good to know that what you see in the pics is literally as you see in the pics!

Very good location everything is minutes away, great pool, great food & good value for money.

When enquiring about excursions the staff were trying to make a big drink by quoting double the price of an excursion. Luckily, I had a local sim so was able to contact people directly. I understand business needs to make a drink to manage overheads etc but charging double the price is just ridiculous. This of course left a bad experienc towards the hotel. For e.g. For Elephant Trekking they were charging 1200 BAHT each when it was 600 baht each when approached directly.

We had a room with private pool, it was super comfortable. Comfortable, big size bed everything super clean and new. Breakfast good, similar like other hotels in Thailand. Fresh vegetables and fruits, pancakes, choice of eggs fresh made etc. Restaurant kitchen was very good, all food we ate delicious. Best mango sticky rice which we ever ate in Thailand! Rooftop with pool and bar also amazing very nice spot to chill after a long day and watch how the sun goes down.

Gym could be better with some more equipments. Other thing which maybe bad for some people is that the location quite far from beach. For us it was not a problem, we like to take a walk and also hotel offers shuttle to the beach or you can rent scooter in the hotel also.

The room was spacious. Staffs were friendly. The private pool was nice. Nice place tucked away from the town. The bathroom and facilities in the room were very good. Overall, the stay was good. The hotel was nice.

The fridge was not working and bathroom for the room with private pool was not as nice as the other rooms. The shuttle service was only to the beach and not to the Ao Nang town area. I mean since they do have a shuttle service I thought it would be great if it included services to drop customers at the town which is on the way to the beach. No restaurants nearby. The beds were slightly hard though.
