Everything! Comfy bed, big room and big balcony, housekeeping are spectacular, bathroom has great facilities, great location but the best thing about this property are the staff! June and all the team at Mukanda residence took such good care of me, as a solo traveler who had been away from home for almost 2 months this was the first time I’d felt at home since I left. The team are so accommodating and friendly and will go out their way to make sure you have the best time in Krabi. I checked out with remorse because I genuinely wanted to stay in their company for longer. I would consider June and friend now and whenever I visit Krabi again, I will be staying here every time.

My room faced a road which sometimes can be noisy but I sleep with ear plugs so it never actually affected my sleep. It’s nothing to be concerned about.

big room, clean, little bit far from Maine street, but if you rent a Moto its great, also have a parking place.

It was good room just a bit in wary condition. Ao nang was a little far away but good value for money.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, location was good as it’s a quick and easy drive to the beach.

A bit noisy because of the road but defo bearable, shower worked great but had to use it hand held because it didn’t face the right way,

There was no hot water in the shower, or at least I asked about it and the staff said they were gonna look into it but nothing changed.

It was calm and the Air conditioner was good

I booked for 2 nights via booking. Since I only had cold water in the room, I logically had to change it every time. that was worse equipped. I then reserved a third night via booking. When it came to paying, the employee wanted me to pay 200bath more. When I showed her the price on booking, it was ok. The boss then came to me and said I still had to pay 200 bath because I had changed the room. In 3 weeks, never had any problems with the hotel booking, except for this one unfortunately. I had cold water on the first day, had to move to a worse room and then had to pay the normal price instead of the price on booking. That's just outrageous, disappointing and bold You Coud Not pay by visa. The coffee-Maschine was also defected in the Café

The whole stay they did not have water, so all of us (I stayed with friends), we could not shower after the beach.

Only staff girls were nice, manager was very rude. Twin room was okay.

We booked twin room with a balcony and instead they gave us small room with couple bed, and it was not comfortable because we are NOT a couple. When I asked to return money difference manager said it’s not their fault it’s booking com fault and “ what do you want me to do now?!” In the night drunk people were screaming and slamming doors it was impossible to sleep. There is no noise canceling. One night water was gone for some hours and appeared back with a terrible canalization smell and sounds however it’s not an issue for me I know these things happen in Thailand. Upsetting that we didn’t got the room we actually paid for way later and didn’t get compensation.
