The staff was superb and they’re the highlight of my stay. The receptionist (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) helped me with tips, nice conversation, getting a taxi and change rooms when I requested it (btw the street front rooms can be a bit noisy due to the constant bikes traffic). The place is very clean and they leave bottles of water and new amenities everyday in front of your room. The building and rooms are very new unlike other hotels around the same region. It’s a spacey room and it was perfect to work remote.

- if you’re looking for something near the city center, that’s not it. It’s a 30-40 minutes walk until the city center. They do rent bikes if you ride them though. The area around is now pedestrian friendly, it’s a large highway with no zebra crossing - there’s no elevator (not an issue for me, but if you have too many luggage’s it might be) - internet was a bit sketchy but I did manage to work remotely from there (had to turn off my camera in a few meetings tho)

The guesthouse was excellent with very spacious rooms. The staff and managers were excellent, extremely supportive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily and free of insects. The ambiance was quiet and the entire hotel was managed very well. They provided free coffee and biscuits in the morning which were very appreciated.

The hotel was a 30min walk from the main beach which could be a little challenging for people with bigger families. But since it was just me and my spouse, we really enjoyed the daily exercise.

The location is wonderful, away from the tourist area, yet not very far from that area. The location is placed off one of the main roads, with a laundromat next door and multiple restaurants around. The restaurant on the right when facing the road had amazing crispy pork and sells out before 2pm. 7-11 is just a short walk and so is Lotus or Mackro. Wonderful hosts that run this place. They are friendly, warm and welcoming. There is a nice viewing area on top of the building where you can get a great view of the city. There is no lift/elevator.

One suggestion for improvement would be to add a hot kettle in the rooms. While the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies available in the eating area are a nice touch, having a kettle in the room would offer guests added convenience and flexibility.

Very good value. Comfortable bed. Well insulated with good AC. Clean. Nice staff. Cleaned daily. Free water everyday. We loved the location. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the beach but we loved the daily walk as it is down the main road in Ao Nang so it’s a lot of fun. We walked to the beach everyday during our 6 day stay and never got bored or tired of it. But, if you don’t like walking you can rent a motorbike from the hotel.

The staff here were lovely, always smiling and happy. The lady at reception was very welcoming and the cleaner was always smiling and offering us water. This was this nicest room we have stayed in after 6 months of travelling. Good value and clean, comfortable room. Tea and coffee and biscuits! available all day in the lobby. 25mins walk down to the beach, but because of this distance the local restaurants closer to the hotel are cheaper and good Thai food. 7ELEVEN close by. Laundry service and scooter rental available too,but we didn't use these. There are two laundry places on the way down to the beach too, if you prefer.

Everything was great

The staff were lovely and willing to help us with anything. The rooms were very clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have had in Thailand for nearly two months ! There were both biscuits and bananas in the morning in a nice seating area which were very welcome. It was all just what we needed - thank you!

If you aren’t confident riding a scooter then the location is quite far from Ao Nang Beach, although it is walkable and there are lots of taxis. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only staying one night.

Really spacious and clean rooms. Comfy bed, just the pillows are a bit high. Also enough space to keep our luggage. We liked the downstairs dining area where you could have your breakfast. Most of all the staff is super friendly! I forgot something on the plane here and they helped me get it back!! 😍

The location is a bit far from the beach, but that also means it's quiet. Since everyone rents a scooter anyway it's not an issue. I would recommend placing a kettle in the rooms as well :)

The reception team was really lovely at all times, they even helped us charging our Kindles and phones when needed. We had free coffee / tea with cookies which was helpful before our early tour pickup. The room had everything - good shower, working AC, good cleaning and comfortable bed. Would def stay here again.

The location does not provide many options of good restaurants and cafeterias nearby, still it is so easy to just take a cheap ride to the city center, the price is really worth it!

Everything was great, the staff was super nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, with new furniture. It was far from the vibrant center of Ao Nang, but with a scooter we could go there anytime in 5 minutes. Also it was a plus that they offered to rent a scooter for a fair price on our first day so transportation was solved from the beginning. If we asked for help in anything, they were eager to help.

Although everything was great, and everytime we asked for cleaning they did a great job, there were a few nice to have missing such as small pillow, hand towel, and the shower curtain could be replaced.

This is the best hotel in Thailand for me for this price. The staff is super firendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They clean them every day if you want. The rooms are quite spacious and have plenty of surfaces to put your stuff. They have aircon and a mini fridge. Some rooms have a balcony and nice view of the mountain. There are plenty of charging sockets around the rrom and next to the bed sides. The location is a bit far from the beach but if you rent your own scooter is just a few minutes away. Plus the location is great because the restaurants and shops in the area are much cheaper than next to the beach. They work with good companies for renting scooter and airport transfer. They have a coffee and tea table on the bottom floor. The last day I went to the beach after checkout and when I came back they let me use the shower before going to the airport.
