Conveniently located 10 mins from the airport. They have scooter rentals available. Malls, shops, restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful, gave us tips on sights to see and where to eat. Decent enough for the price.

Stayed here as we wanted to be near the bus terminal for the morning to get to the islands. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, we had a room on the 6th floor which was huge for two people with a lovely view.

Cons were a damp smelling bathroom with no hot water, only one chair available on the balcony with a table Breakfast was average, they had both Thai and western, but it was all so cold, after we had out food on our plates we saw chefs carrying through the little tea lighters to warm the food but that was too late.

can be a little loud in the mornings with the staff cleaning rooms at an early hour, doors slam quite a bit. for some reason we had a phone call at 8:45 in the morning which woke us up, as I struggle to sleep this was rather annoying! the location is a bit far from the town so we had to hire bikes or get a taxi which worked out a bit expensive

We stayed for one night as we flying out of Krabi. It’s a short distance walk to restaurants and 7/11. Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to constant rain. Nice view from the balcony, you can also hire a scooter and explore the place.

When we walk into the room there was a terrible smell, it kinda went away when we turn on the aircon.

Getting food at night is a challenge in this neighbourhood, the guy at the front desk could not help us. We were.just in time to get something at the local mall but they close early. Food again: breakfast is good but is cooked to order which takes a lot of time. Time not everybody has if they need to catch their flight. Airport transfer is not free as advertised here in Booking (but is not expensive either at 300 for a family of four)

it was close to the airport about 10-14 minutes away and the staff was really nice and they had a van to take us back to the airport for a small fee. 300 b for 3 people.

at this time nothing really. We just need a place to sleep for one night before our next flight so we didn’t really stay for the whole day.

The hotel is modern with a nice design. We choose one of the best rooms that were giants with a couch and a big bed very confortable. The pool is nice and the location for people that want to be closer to the airport is very good.

They could have more options for airport shuttles. We paid for a van when we just need a car shuttle.

There is a shuttle van provided. You need to request and ask from front door reception. They will advice and provide the service.

All facilities is good, but not a parking lot. If there is full house booking, difficult to get car parking at NAP Hotel

the breakfast buffet was rather simple. many asian options, not too many american/european options (only toast bread, no yoghurt, 2 types of fruits)
