This is a fantastic little spot in Krabi, staff were very friendly, the pool is lovely, the rooms were huge with a balcony spotless clean beds amazing comfy fresh crisp sheets for the price you wouldn't expect it to be so nice we stayed 4 nights. We walked into Krabi center the first day it's a good walk 20/30 mins, we got rented bikes and had them entire stay don't think we could have been without them, but you could always use grab. We used grab 3 times to get food and sat next to the pool with it this was great drivers can literally deliver it poolside. We checked out 12oc on the last day didn't have a taxi till 4oc and put all our luggage in the room next to the pool and swam and chilled and got lunch (grab) and the lady from reception brought us out towels, it really was a lovely relaxing place to stay, bit far out if you like things on your doorstep but that doesn't bother me

Only little suggestion I would make is if there was a fridge in the reception where you could buy a beer or soft drink or ice coffee maybe even a proper coffee machine because there is no where close to get these things

Bed was super comfy and the family room was spacious with pool access. Great location for us who just wanted somewhere to sleep before having an early flight.

Not many restaurants within walking distance. We had booked the family room for a family of four, but the pull-out sofa wasn’t made and first we only got two bed covers and a blanket, no sheets, no pillows. We had to ask for everything separately, and it looked like the sheet was just pulled from another room and didn’t look clean.

I came because of the comfy bed reviews and was not disappointed! the best sleep, quiet location with bird song in the morning. beautiful view from the top two levels. large well kept rooms and the pool not overly chlorinated which I appreciate. not too much road noise! overall a great stay supermarket is a short walk away

not the hotels fault but many close by cafes that I found on maps before arriving were closed so it was a little bit of a stretch for food. I ordered grab food delivery a few times because of this. with a scooter is very accessible or walking, though I had my baby so wasn’t too keen on walking long distance in the heat. as mentioned the supermarket is close so that helped!

Nice new room, good air con, very spacious room and very comfy bed. Great internet too, multiple routers so you have great signal on each floor. Nice staff. Sweets and water in the lobby.

Sun doesn't shine on the pool in the evening, not much can be done about that though. Still a nice pool. No elevator, but there are only three floors so not to bad, I was on the third. Might not suit an older person, for that reason, but I'm sure they would accommodate the ground floor if needed as the staff are very nice.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff who treats everyone like a friend. The place is clean and well look after, lovely pool, and in the spacious rooms you can find everything you need. Great WiFi. The location is convenient and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The best place to stay in Krabi. Highly recommended. Thank you to Samile and Thip Thip Hotel for making me feel like at home for 9 days that I stayed with them.

Large , clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay fairly close to the airport. There are plenty of good restaurants a few minutes walk away. We were given an early check in which very useful. Water, biscuits and sweets always available along with tea,coffee,water and toiletries provided in the room.

Really loved this hotel. Bright, modern and clean. Large, comfy bed, clean bathroom and balcony. I chose it because it offered late check in as flying from Bangkok and it had good reviews for the price.

Nothing, we walked to town but got a grab taco back as it a bit if a walk, but getting a grab taxi is easy.

Everything was great. The staff is wonderful, always with a smile on their face. The room is very comfortable, and they clean it whenever you ask. The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, without noise, you are in the city center in 3-4 minutes by motorbike.

lovely hotel, really comfy rooms and beds, nice bathrooms, good aircon and wifi, felt secure.

no breakfast included and quite far from restaurants and cafes. you can walk to the centre in 25 mins, but we had a lot of rain and ended up getting taxis and tuk tuks a lot. we wish we had stayed in Ao Nang, but the hotel is lovely if you do go for Krabi town

Location is great, not sure why there are bad reviews on this. It’s easy to walk into Krabi town and only 20 mins drive to beaches. Lots to see in area and we rented moped which the hotel organised for us so quickly! Room is massive and so clean and new! As soon as we checked in we extended. Most likely extend again. Such great value for money!

Could do with a table and chairs on balcony.
