Was great value for money and was simple and clean.

balcony door didn’t shut properly which meant mosquitos could potentially get in as did a couple of bugs. The staff weren’t as welcoming as our other stays in Thailand, would always help if asked but felt as if they didn’t go out of their way as others often do, we left our bags for the day and they were just left on the floor next to reception which didn’t instill confidence in the safety of them.

The room was bright and comfortable, overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet was generous and the staff were efficient and friendly, always happy to check information if they didn't know the answer. We really liked the seating area off the lobby where you could chill and wait for a pick up. The pool area, although small, was extremely pretty and inviting.

The only thing we didn't like was that people were allowed to smoke everywhere in the outdoor sections. This meant when a big group arrived and spread out around the pool, their cigarette smoke spread all over the place and we were unable to use the pool at those times.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and they have very comfortable rooms. My partner and I got a king-size bed.

I didn’t particulary like the location as it was a distant away from Krabi town. The attractions are mainly in Ao Nang. With that said, public transport is limited as I had to order Grab throughout the whole trip. The hotel’s van service is too pricey: 600 baht to Ao Nang while on Grab, it was only 280 baht. The view from my room was poor as I only had the view of an empty car park.

We had a maisonette room with direct pool access. So we had a room downstairs with a small terrace and direct access to the pool and another sleeping room upstairs. The whole unit was quite spacious. The hotel is modern. For us the location was OK. Nothing is very close but everything in walking distance.

Check in was not very friendly. We arrived a hour before the official check in time and they did not even check if our room was already finished. Strange because normally all staff was friendly. We were not able to operate the aircon in the upper room (in the lower it was no problem). The stairs between both rooms were quite steep.

the whole property is luxe. The staff are all very good especially Bui( Bobby) we were looked after very well.If you stay choose the corner suite rooms they are bigger and very comfortable. cleanliness was exceptional and the pool was lovely. Computer Car 🙏 Seabass 10/10.

no evening Restuarant or room service . After long day you need to walk to Restuarant and mostly closed by 9 pm. Breakfast could be of more variety . The daily snack menu is superb you must try the smoothies and the banana pancakes with vanilla custard sauce yummy.

Loved the location, very close to the night markets. Staff was great, helpful with everything. Breakfast was only okay, food was a bit cold but good selection of Western and Asian foods. Bed was amazing, huge king size bed. The most comfortable mattress, slept like a baby.

The only complaint I had was that the temperature in the room didn't gold. It was set at 23 degrees, which was a bit cold for me. I would change the temperature, but usually, after an hour or two, or in the middle of the night, I would be freezing.

A lovely hotel, 10min walk from the centre of Krabi Town. 7/11 supermarket 5min walk from hotel. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were of a very high standard and cleaned daily with towels changed and bottled water replenished. The restaurant food is amazing. The pool is quite small but we never found it too busy, sunbeds were always available. The hotel provides towels for pool/sunbathing. Overall we had a fabulous stay.

The pool was nice and the location is great (close to the night market) even though the next 7/11 was a few minutes away. The staff was always nice and the breakfast was decent. All in all, it's a good hotel. Though there are a few negatives, it's great to stay there for a few days. It does its job as a clean hotel.

The walls were kind of dirty, the bed sheets had holes in it and were stained and the bathroom smelled bad.

The layout of the room was brilliant tv and couch downstairs and access to the pool outside the slider door which was very luxurious. Upstairs had the bed shower toilet etc and very spacious. 1 of the best hotels i stayed in. Staff go above and beyond with check in check out,taxis recommendations for food,shops and attractions.

That I was only there for 2 nights. Would loved to have stayed longer. Very reasonably priced.

Good location, clean hotel with nice breakfast options, lovely pool and good-sized room!

The staff weren't initially helpful - we arrived at the bus depot (unexpected) and called to ask for a taxi pick-up, but they couldn't understand the simple request. At the hotel, the shower was cold after one person, there was no safe in the room and things were overly expensive via the hotel - ie. Transfer to the airport was 500 baht, whereas via Grab it cost less than 300. Similarly for the motorbike hire.
