Great staff, ready to meet any need to make our stay enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful and the beach was beautiful. No crowds. We had the beach to ourselves. Great for older folks like us and I think it would be wonderful for families with children. The free breakfast was made to order and was always well-cooked and attractively served. Special orders to make mine diabetes friendly gave them no problem -- and they remembered my needs the entire week without my making repeated requests.

The buildings haven't been maintained well, which was probably due to Covid the past few years. If you can look past the mouldy and paint-peeling outside walls to the large, clean rooms you will enjoy your stay. The menu was short and did not include any western food other than breakfast. However, the Thai food was good and they cooked it without an overdose of chilis, so we were able to eat it without problem. The servings were plentiful and looked appetizing. It didn't bother us, but there are no sights to see or other restaurants/shopping nearby. Party people might not enjoy it so much here, but those of us who just want quiet and the beach will love it!

So friendly and responsive staff . Nice, helpful and responsive supervisor. Location is very authentic, quite for pure relax! Our number was so tidy . Hotel restaurant was also excellent, not very expensive , Thai food so yammi 😊😊😊

Everything was excellent, especially for quite and calm vocation ! Seaside on this location is good for sunbathing , but we swamped only in swimming pool.

Peaceful place to hide away

Private pool villa; lots of space, nice semi outdoor shower, cute pool and nice beach access. the bed was big and very comfortable (firm as we like it), soft bed sheets. beautiful room and bathroom. Friendly staff

The garden and outdoor area could have been a bit more clean, everything was a bit worn out, probably due to covid-19 causing them to close down for a long period. The beach is not very nice with nothing happening (ie no restaurants or such) and the location feels quite off.

Beach is at least 7km long from end to end with only one small stream at the northern end- great for running! Sand is a darker heavier variety filled with lots of shells and other marine life. Water is shallow with a gentle tide- would be great for younger children. Kayaks and bicycles free of charge (although only two bikes are working and they are run down). Stayed in a deluxe double with large porch, outdoor bathtub and partially outdoor shower. Amenities included bath foam and bath salts which were much appreciated. Bed was firm but not rock hard. Friendly, helpful couple run the place. They have worked at the resort over ten years and put in long hours to make things work. Due to COVID they were the only staff. QUIET Authentic fishing village experience. Many local people greeted us cheerfully as we rode bicycles down the road. Dozens of villagers were out every morning collecting clams on the beach during low tide (to eat and sell). NO DOGS anywhere (these are primarily muslim villages, and they don't keep dogs).

Room not really clean- carpet had hair from last guest, door window and door handles were grimy, pool water was a bit too green. Pool is very small- about 5 x 8 meters. Great for cooling down after a long walk but not really for swimming; if the resort was full it would be way too small. Looks like new owner is repainting and fixing things up, but the property needs some serious work (including landscaping issues) which the managing couple cannot possibly do on their own while still welcoming guests. Only one restaurant within walking distance (appeared closed when we went by, although the resort hosts later asserted it was open) so you need a vehicle if you're going to stay during low season.

A very spacious villa with a shower and a bathtub. The staff is kind and nice. The hotel is located on the beachfront. Sunrises and sunsets were awesome.

Wi-fi was not good, the restaurant missed about 60% of the menu, the bed was not very comfy, the beach was dirty.

The resort was calm, the staff very friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. Nice location with sunset in the sea. Staff arranged a boat to visit the 4 islands and the taxi to go to the airport.

The resort is called "hotel and restaurant", but there was no kitchen except for frying eggs for breakfast. So they had an overpriced menu from a restaurant far from the hotel and we had to wait for our order at least 1h for it to be cooked and delivered. There were no shops around, no ATM machines, no banks to exchange money. Luckily, the guy from there drove us in a city (almost 1h away) to get money and buy some stuff. The facilities were run down, sheets while clean, were dirty with old mold and tears.
