As soon as we entered the room & dropped our bags, we went straight to the balcony & sat there for an hour transfixed with the gorgeous view of the river. The river view room are hands down the best money we ever spent. Pictures don't do justice to the breathtaking view you get from the balcony. Best best best ever hotel stay for us! The location is in the heart of Krabi town, all essential stores & town attraction like walking street & night market are within walking distance. Definitely don't miss Caramel cafe for breakfast/brunch, about 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, Krabi & its people are such gems in this world. <3 Peter & Mako (reception staff) were really helpful with information & anything else that we needed during our stay, they shared extensively compiled resources like popular places, tours details etc. with us on whatsapp as soon as we checked in. You can book river or island tours at the Hotel itself. The room is clean & all necessities are taken care of. The housekeeping staff were friendly & professional.

The fact that we stayed here only for 5 days and not more <3 Krabi River Hotel is just perfect in every possible way!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and could assist in English. The restaurant on the top floor is beautiful with a lovely view. The food is good quality and tasty and exactly as on the menu. The location is not in the larger touristic area, but we liked that it was a bit removed from there and it was great value for money. We had rooms looking out over the river with a balcony, this was really nice to sit out in the morning and watch the sunrise. The night food market is a few minutes away and there are great restaurants and shops in the area. It is also easy to book tours with the reception and at the pier around the corner.

There is no lift, so you have to carry the luggage all the way up the stairs without assistance.

The comfiest beds of all the places I stayed during my two weeks in Thailand. Very kind staff always willing to help and give advice on things to do in the local area! Very beautiful view of the river and great location close to food markets, but also peaceful. Cute room with all the necessary amenities. They also offer laundry services, and they returned my clothes to me folded and wrapped in a plastic protecter which was awesome!

I wish there were more outlets in my room (or at least one closer to the bed), and the windows of my room directly looked at the neighboring building's hallways, so I felt the need to always close the shades for privacy.

Lovely family-run hotel, the staff was exceptionally helpful, talking excellent English and helped us sorting an issue with our next destination. Room was pleasant, hotel is along the river, with a path on one side running to a nearby park, passing various bars, and a road to the night market on the other side. It is a very nice setting, away from noisy areas, but still beautiful. Good wifi, and a rooftop bar/restaurant which was a really nice addition.

There is no pool in this hotel but other amenities make up for it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was an excellent 10/10 experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They helped us move our bags to out floor since there is no elevator. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to assist with any request. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was also superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I appreciated the convenience of exploring the city without any hassle. There is a spacious park just few hundred meters from hotel and it's great for evening walks near river. The attention to cleanliness, safety protocols and general mood of the hotel made my stay very comfy. In summary, this hotel provided a flawless experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation experience in Krabi town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Krabi River Hotel. The people at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we were able to upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the river. If you can, book a river view room, it is totally worth the higher price. The air conditioning is updated and very quiet. Laundry service on site was very convenient. The area the hotel is in has a great mix of locals and tourists. The hotel is close to a night market with great food. The pier, from which you can catch long boats to various places, is close by as well. This was just a great spot to be. Nice rooms, nice people, great location.

Location, location, location. Fantastic views along the river - long tail boats coming and going. yes, they are noisy, but they are the life blood of the town. It was easy to walk along the river into town to the shops and restaurants and to the temple. It was easy to negotiate a long tail boat to see the river (I hired one for six hours and went everywhere). Tours to the islands can be booked. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, showing you places to visit, recommendations on What’s App and providing anything you requested. Would definitely stay again if in Krabi.

No lift! But that was noted on the booking site and still worth it for the view from the fourth floor. No restaurant, but again it was only about a ten minute walk along the river esplanade to the shops, restaurants and small night market. So no problem.

The location was great. Lovely view from our balcony, within easy walking distance to several places to eat and drink, rooftop cafe and bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Could hear repeated call to prayer from a mosque somewhere across the river, starting at 5.15 am. Would have been nice to have access to a pool.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived at check-in, they gave us a full run down of the local places to eat, things to do, abd recommended tours. We stayed for 9 days and our stay was very quiet, pleasant and the location was ideal.

The mattress in our room could definitely stand to be replaced, the springs are coming through the sides but I would still choose to stay here for the quality of service/location and overall experience for the cost

An excellent and beautiful place to stay with a perfect view. The rooms are nice with the essentials but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a refreshing colour. Patio overlooks the river. The owner and his partner were very warm and welcoming with great hospitality they would help out with renting a bike and also help in booking a vehicle for your next transit. Hotel is located on the banks of the river with an excellent view and easy commuting, multiple of places Thai dishes to try out around the area.
