Peacefull, quiet, relaxed resort surrounded by a tropical forrest with monkeys to be spotted and the calming sound of the waves of the sea surround you day- and night! It gives an authentic “ back to basic” feeling to stay in the lovely cottages. Great Thai food is served all day, lovingly prepared by the incredible kind and helpfull staff! manager Mitao does everything to make your stay a memorable and unique experience! The sound of the airco is a bit loud during the night.

The hotel is located in wonderful tropical gardens. The room and bathroom were huge with a stunning views of the sea and wonderful sunsets all of which you can enjoy from your balcony The rooms all have a small fridge. Handy for water and nibbles. The pool is small but great for dipping in and admiring the view from. The beach is deserted.I The staff were lovely and we were able to rent scooters although be aware the road to the hotel becomes a bit rough ! A really quiet and beautiful place to stay. Don't come to party or for night life. Koh Jum is a very quiet undeveloped island. A wonderful place.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. No real coffee, limited fruit selection and the hot plates were not heated so the food in them was cold. They did have an egg station for freshly made omelette though.

This island has a very special place in my heart, so this was my second visit. Yes, from the U.S. all the way to this tiny island twice! I travel alone, and the property manager was clearly looking out for me the first time. So I went back a second time! On my first visit, they were working hard to recover from the Covid era, and I truly felt their plight. They had finished some projects and made some improvements the second visit and I hope they succeed. Feel wild and safe at the same time here! The private beach is rocky, but just put on some water shoes and swim anyway. The water is calm and pleasant. You can also walk to the end of the dirt road for a public beach that’s still tranquil with very few (if any) people for less rocks.

We had an amazing stay at Koh Jum Resort. The staff is super friendly, and the property is lovely. We called it 'basic luxury', affordable but cute bungalows overlooking the beach. Lunch and dinner food is GOOD, breakfast is a bit basic but enough. Remember to bring your water shoes, because the sea is a bit rocky at Koh Jum. We did a boat/snorkeling tour and rented scooters one day to cruise around the island and visit all the other beaches. 100% would recommend doing that! It's an amazing island, full of lovely locals. If you're looking for an easy stay, a dip in the pool after a full beach day, good food and lovely sunsets: book Koh Jum Resort.

The accommodation is fantastically located directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Koh Jum. We had two different bungalow types, and both were super clean and spacious. The view from the rooms and throughout the resort is fantastic with a view of Koh Phi Phi. But the best thing about the resort was the staff, everyone was super friendly and you were well looked after by the manager of the hotel. The stay here was the best of our trip to Thailand. The food was also great, there was fresh fish every day in addition to the menu. We can only recommend the hotel.

We had booked 3 nights at Koh Jum Resort but already after the first night we knew we wanted to stay longer. The staff is so sweet and accommodating and the surroundings are beautiful with breathtaking sunsets every evening. There is not much happening in the nearby area so there is good opportunities to retreat and relax. We brought our 8 months old with us and he was welcomed with open arms, big smiles and lots of watermelon. The food is of high quality in both taste and ingrediants and the drinks are strong!

The fresh made egg station and the thai dishes at breakfast is a nice touch. The rest of the breakfast buffet is a bit uninspiring

We were on Koh Jum island during the quiet season and it was certainly that. We knew it would be a tranquil place to stay from reviews so we were well prepared as wanted exactly that. There were only a few other guests and I was amazed the Resort were able to provide such an amazing service on this basis. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and excellent. From the previous reviews we picked the Premier Beach Front Villa (room 600) which was perfect. We spent a restful week here and the manager Mr O excelled at everything particularly organising scooters, massages and boat trips for us. We can’t thank the Resort team enough for our blissful week. A few things to note though; don’t be afraid of the lizards that wander the rooms and there are a lot of steps to keep you fit! The beach is perfect at high tide and the sunsets are spectacular. I didn’t spot any jellyfish when swimming at the times Mr O recommended. All in all, the most incredible stay and one I would highly recommend.

The view!!! Amazing location above the sea. The room was amazing aswell with a nice view from the balcony. A few good restaurants at the beach (walking distance).

Steap steps to the rooms and a few hundred meters away from more restaurants and minimarts. You need to rent a motobike or take taxi/tuktuk if you want to leave the resort area. The beach at the hotel is rocky and its hard to take a swim in the morning/before lunch (a short motorbike ride to other amazing beaches).

Everything was excellent. The property was peaceful and clean. The beach bar and rest is fascinating and so full of warmth. Host was an amazing peraon, helped us navigate the island then helped us book the ferry n transport for Phi Phi. Thankyou! If ypu want a peace come to Koh jum resort.

The only problem we had was with the jacuzi, it worked fine the firat day, then the next day, the hot water just stopped.

The location of the resort is beautiful! Rooms overlook the quiet beach and you can see an incredible sunset! Infinity pool which also looks over the beach. Staff are really nice and the owner made sure to go the extra mile for me on my birthday with complimentary wine and cocktails! Restaurant staff are really attentive and nothing is too much for them. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom comes with an actual bath!! The island is super quiet and chill, perfect for what we were looking for.

The road to get to the resort is a little treacherous so be careful on a bike or on foot!!
