We liked everything! From the check-in to the check-out, i would say without exaggeration that this place was amazing! Everything was new in the rooms, in mint condition, bed very comfortable, AC working perfectly and room sizes perfect. The owners are very welcoming, sociable and they also have a small cafe in the lobby where they make amazing coffees, teas and iced drinks. Perfect location in the town and 20 mins away with the scooter from the beaches, which makes this place a perfect spot for those which want a quite and serene place. The owner booked a cab for us on the day of the check-out and as the taxi driver cancelled the ride, he himself show up at 6 AM and drove us to the airport! Price-wise: you will never find something better. This place deserves more clients as the quality, professionalism and warmth of the owners makes indeed a difference. Thank you again for making our vacation fenomenal!

Everything was perfect!

Comfortable bed, good location, friendly

They only provided one large towel although the reservation was for two people. We wanted to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. There was no one working there after 5 pm, so I asked first thing in the morning if she could call us a taxi. She said that it needs to be reserved in advance and the best that she could suggest was to walk somewhere where we could get a minivan. How can a hotel not be able to call you a taxi? Fortunately, the woman at the café next door was helpful and called a taxi that arrived in five minutes.

I rarely rate a place 10/10, but this one is definitely worth a visit! Very well located in downtown Krabi, close to all night markets. The owner is super nice, and has been very good to deal with. They were very attentives and made sure the place and the rooms were clean at all time. The rooms are very spacious. We were travelling for over a month and a half, so it felt very good to feel like at home. Bed very cosy, very nice design (looks brand new) - we loved the little coffee shop as well, great selection. We initially booked 3 nights, and decided to stay for a total of 10 nights. The owner also helped us renting a scooter, which got delivered to the hotel, and picked up on the day we left! Honestly, this might have been the best value for money, considering how awesome the rooms and the location were. Entirely, recommend it, we'll definitely be back the day we visit Krabi again.

Wifi is very very good: minimum 7MB/s (yes MB. not Mbps) download & upload (checked with speednet app). It is a family business and the owner speaks very good English. ::Short story:: I forgot my card at the ATM. Because ATMs in Asia give you the money first and after you pick the money they eject the card (after many seconds). So I walked away without picking up the card. The owner offered himself to take me with his car to police to be able to get a report and with the report to go to the bank - so be careful with ATMs in Thailand. In the end I got my card from the bank. He is very good hearted and he was really helpful. Always ready to give us useful information on how to get around, airport transfers, bus station transfer etc. ::Extra:: We had extra fresh bottled water whenever we needed it. We gave tips at the end of our stay because we had such a pleasent experience. ::Location:: BEST CHOICE in Krabi with best location. 1 minute walk to central market where you can eat cheaply until 00:00 any day. Close to 7/11 too.

The couple managing the hotels and the young lady were the kindest people I've met on my trip! As a solo traveller, they also helped me a lot to book tours and avoid any kind of scam. They were always very accommodating. The room and the bathroom were really nice and clean. Appreciated the kettle and small fridge.

The only cons I can think of are the slight lack of noise isolation in the room and a lack of bug nets on the windows.

From the moment we got here, it felt like home. the interior design, the cleanliness, but above all the hospitality of the owner. we had a very nice chat and he gave us a lot of recommendations. the beds are super comfy and the bathroom is top! they serve speciality coffee and fresh pastries so you can grab some breakfast before heading out. location is perfect too! 20 mins from the airport and walking distance from all markets and restaurants. really loved this place and looking forward to come back in the future!

Wonderful small guesthouse in the heart of Krabi town — excellent bed with quality soft bedding, super clean, nice bathroom with top-notch fixtures, quiet… a block from night market, restaurants and waterfront walk… and most friendly and helpful hosts! (much nicer to stay in Krabi Town than the nearby mass tourism ghetto of Ao Ning beach)

I read a lot of reviews about the host and confirm they are all true and he is a gentleman’! super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Room was comfortable, clean and we had a great sleep so much that we extended our stay an extra night.

Nothing really - the water from the faucet & shower ran a little cloudy. I have had this happen to me in my house at home and it usually just means air is clogged and the aerator needs to be changed but this didn’t cause me any hassle.

Good bed, really clean and well equipped room. The place itself is beautiful with its cool industrial interior design. A plus is that there is a coffee shop on the 1ers floor. The location could not be greater, everything is really close to the place. Bus stop at the street corner (for Ao Nang or Tiger cave), same for long tail boat for Railay beach. The owners are the sweetest and kindest people we’ve ever met.

Nothing, this place it’s a gem!

it’s a husband-wife run hostel with less than 5 rooms. there is a cafe at the ground floor and rooms are located at second the third floor. the walking street is just less than 10 mins walk. 7-11 is 2 streets down. wife help to organize private transport for half a day to Emerald pool and hot springs at a very reasonable price. do get in touch with them prior to your trip.
