Tasty breakfasts. Nice territory. Well trained staff. Great pool. Perfect large bed. Probably best hotel to spend vacation with children.

Prices in restaurant shown as net, not gross. Sometimes you forget about it and get unexpectedly higher bill with taxes. This feels a bit unconventional for Thailand where in other places you usually pay what you see without small font remarks.

Lovely staff and good location. Shuttle to the beach. Beach towels provided in the lobby every day. Big and spacious rooms and very comfy bed! Quiet and nice!

Our shower leaked a bit. Put the ‘make up room’ sign, but they didn’t come for two days (we only needed some water and new towels, so we just asked them and it was provided). Gym was very small, but did the job.

Housekeeping was exceptional, they cleaned our room daily and even mopped the floors - great for our baby who was crawling around. The baby cot provided was a proper wooden one (very clean compared to the travel cots we were given at other hotels). Nice pools, food at restaurant was tasty but quite expensive.

You get bus loads of Chinese tourists staying at this hotel, and they can be quite noisy in the common areas. We could hear them screaming in the pool at night from our room.

Lovely modern rooms. Extremely clean. Lovely pool. Very reasonable food and beverages in the hotel restaurant. Welcoming and helpful staff. Shuttle to beach.

Parking was OK, no lift to main lobby.

Everything! Honestly couldn’t flaw one thing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

stayed 7 nights best part of Phuket hands down. Lovely hotel staff are absolutely amazing literally bend over backwards for you. Breakfast is 10/10 from me. holy basil pizza is a game changer really nice. the only thing is the hotel isn’t 100% finished so didn’t get the finished product but that didn’t impact our stay at all would love to come back when it’s finished it will be stunning. couldn’t fault it!

Definitely worth spending a little more to get the pool access room, to ensure a 5 star experience. Makes all the difference. The rooms are large, clean, spacious and bright with nice 'spa' style toiletries. Good powerful shower and great a/c. The staff are very professional and helpful. The lobby is beautiful with a superb water feature and fresh flowers. The pool wraps and winds around/ within the hotel, which is unique. You can literally swim from your room and to the swim up bar and back again. Pool service was also very efficient and friendly. The cocktails were great and the happy hour had a super 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer on each day. There's a lovely bar a few hundred meters away with live music each night. We hired a moped bike to explore further afield, as the hotel is a bit of a walk to the beach/ external restaurants. This is definitely worth doing as there are some lovely beaches around - esp Kata, Rawai and Yanui which are all relatively quiet, traditional, scenic and unspoilt.

The hotel is new, which was a little surprising. I felt it looked dated - especially the gym and room corridors. There was a huge mismatch between the very glamorous 5 star lobby area and the general access areas. The hotel only has 1 restaurant. The pool could do with being cleaned/ filtered more frequently (eg twice a day instead of just in the morning). Perhaps due to its unique shape and the surrounding trees this is difficult, but we always seemed to be dodging dead flies as the day went on, which was a big shame. Only 1 English speaking TV channel (Al Jazeera news), and no way of hooking up Netflix etc.

Perfect location for a slightly less hectic Phuket trip. Nai Harn is lovely and the Wyndham Grand is a great resort. Staff are absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend.

Be aware that privacy can be an issue if you have a room with pool access.

The staff were absolutely exceptional, very kind and anticipating our every need, no matter how small. This is what really stood out to me, the fantastic service.

Not the fault of the hotel or the staff, but a couple of nights were quite noisy because of the occupants of other rooms down the hall.
