Location is close to the Nai Harn beach and cafes. Room was cleaned everyday. In general, we had a good experience in this hotel.

It is unfortunately noisy due to being very close to the road and also there is a bar next door which plays music loud until 2.00 a.m. or so. One would need earplugs for sure.

Amazing value for the location. Comfortable beds and an awesome view of the mountains from the balcony. It is 200 meters from Nai Harn Lake so it's hard to beat this kind of value.

The check-in process was a pain. I had to flag down staff by going to the Pharmacy next door, have them treat me like an idiot, and then have them call the owner to sort it out. Not a good experience with bags from traveling.

The only 2 things that would give this property a perfect score are warmer water in the Jacuzzi and softer mattress. It was way too firm for us.

Great location for me, with Nai Harn beach about a 25 minute walk away, and many restaurants and some bars nearby. Construction finished (was happening on both sides of the property last year) and my rear-facing unit was very quiet. Frequent but unobtrusive cleaning by staff.

Some more kitchen utensils would be handy - can opener, corkscrew etc.

everything! location, comfortable bed/pillows, great wifi, good air con, mountain view, secure access, parking, big bath towels and changed daily, bedding changed every 2-3 days, pleasant house keeping staff. Great bakery across the road and well stocked 7/11 mini mart 2 mins walk away. would definitely stay here again

nothing I didn’t like but a suggestion would be for a bedside lamp, maybe a set of drawers as plenty room and some eating knifes as only forks and spoons

The room was very nice. Great value for money. The location is excellent, there is a lake just down the road and nai harn beach as well. Ya nui beach is only 10 mins away and so was prom thep cape view point.

A room with a kitchen and big balcony pointing to the hills that was really nice ...Close to restaurants and 7/11 etc etc Staff is friendly It was some kind of smell inside the room maybe because of mold but one night here is not a problem

Kind of help yourself property, no one was there for anything except that someone comes to kind of tidy or organize the room yet the room had some ants & the bed sheet had small sand on it

We loved number 4 and the general area so much that we cancelled a part of our trip somewhere else to stay for longer. we stayed in 202 and 302 both were great
