The Centara Korat is a very nice place to stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside from the lobby to the rooms. Everything is very clean and tidy. Our room on the 18th floor was spacious with a superb view from the big room window. The king size bed was huge and very comfortable, thankfully not soft. The bathroom and shower are excellent. A very nice plus is the rooftop pool on the 20 floor and the bar/restaurant with a small but tasty menu. They don´t serve alcohol, which I like, but you can bring your own if you really need to have a drink. All staff deserve a special mentioning, everyone is very friendly and well trained on her or his job.

There´s hardly anything not to like about this hotel. The location isn´t the very best, a bit outside from the city centre and except from the Central shopping Mall, directly connected with the hotel building, there´s hardly any infrastruture nearby.

New hotel. One of the best hotels, or maybe the best in Korat. Excellent Staff, good English, Very helpful to explain the hotel rules and options. Hotel location is a traffic-safe 1 minute walk to a great shopping centre. Parking at the facilities. Very nice room and great buffet Breakfast. The 32 M2 room was a corner room with extra furniture, our choice because the cheapest rooms were fully booked. The room price was in line with the expected quality. Safety box, sofa, small table, big TV, etc. The bathroom and especially the shower was exceptionally good (water temp, water power, space, etc). (no bath). One thing that I did not like: see my comment about the WIFI.

WIFI: Wifi at this corner room was not that great. It seemed electronically limited to 20Mbps and was not very consistent, sometimes flipping on and off. I used a tool to monitor this as it's an important aspect for hotel rooms for me. I sometimes need to work (conference calls by zoom, Webex, etc) and then this WIFI quality would be an issue. For browsing and reading emails it's fine, but the speed/wifi quality limitation would be a concern for me for a next visit. Roomcard limitation: One other thing is that your roomcard is associated with your floor (safety, but cumbersome), so if you have friends at a different floor (what happened to us) then you need to meet in the lobby first, as you can not get to their room directly from your room on a different floor.

The hotel is really nice and our room spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is large and the shower is excellent. There´s free parking in the Central shopping compkex which is connected with the hotel. There´s a rooftop pool and the whole interior is well designed with a modern, rather minimalistic approach. Where the Kantary hotel - which I rate to be on the same level - seems to be adressing business travellers and people seeking a traditional hotel atmosphere, the Centara is fresher and attracting younger people or couples, sho are probably a bit on a lower budget. All people working at this hotel are not just friendly but also well trained. I felt welcome and treated professionally in all aspects. This is a very nice place to stay and really deserves to be called "hotel", because it´s not a cheaply built aparment building like many other city hotels in Thailand. I will role the dice next time when deciding between the Kantary and Centara, which are both excellent.

Terrestial TV connection seems to be really bad, but I don´t stay in hotels for watching TV anyway. A bit more annoying were difficulties with connecting to the hotel wifi and it took a while to get connected. Buffet breakfast is offering many food options, mostly for hungry people. A bit more fruits and other healthier options would be a plus in my view.

Just about everything was great. Super deluxe room very large and comfortable. Small drinks fridge and large safe big enough for my laptop. Nice pool area either large 25m pool.

My safe would not open and needed mechanic. Pool area not really designed for sunbathing. There are no sun beds but there are loungers with mattresses, but also with wooden slat frame, which gives a stripy shadow. Pool tiles were gloss ceramics and very slippery. Located adjacent to the Central shopping Mall about 4km north of Terminal 21.. Not a great location being a long way from town. BE AWARE. THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL ON BOOKING IS WRONG. IT IS SHOWN AS BEING ABOUT 4KM SOUTH NEXT TO THE MALL. WRONG. I HAD A DEVIL OF A TIME ARGUING WITH TAXI DRIVER THINKING HE WSS TAKING ME TO THE WRONG HOTEL.

Room are clean, and comfortable. The hotel connect to central department store directly. I have requested for birthday decorations and They set it on my room before arrival. It’s worth to spend your money.

Toothbrush, comb didn't set in the room (It's on your request) Breakfast it's not bad but i expected that can be better. It has a few options and too muce carbohydrates such as boiled rice, porridge, noodles, pancakes, waffles and fried rice.

I love the location beside the Central Plaza shopping centre with free car parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and bar area on the 20th. Floor is a wonderful place to relax with a nice cocktail and enjoy the panoramic views. I always make a reservation inclusive of breakfast as the choice is amazing. Keep up these standards and you will soon become the go to place in Korat.

This is my third time to stay here and I have yet to be disappointed.

Amazing views from the rooftop! And beautiful views from the room. Bath tub was great with spectacular views from the bath. Food was absolutely delicious. Pool was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Everything was very clean. Location was good shopping mall right next door and lots of transport options. Great stay.

My balcony door wasn’t easy to open or close and it was quite small.

The room was large and comfortable. The shower had a strong flow and was invigorating. The air conditioning was effective and very quiet. Virtually no noise during the night. The hotel links directly to the large mall next door which has many restaurants to choose from.

We liked the hotel and have no criticisms, although it must be taken into consideration that we only stayed one night as we were catching a coach to Bangkok the next morning so we didn’t see much of the hotel other than our room and the reception lobby.

Breakfast at this hotel was excellent with lots of variety, the coffee however was unpalatable. The room was good size and very clean. Overall the Centara Korat is very new and very comfortable.

exit to the carpark on level 2 could be confusing when outside event being held. Bag drop off and check out very confusing when arriving and departing in a private car
