The breakfast was good, with a wide decent range of dishes. There is a noodle bar and fresh "eggs to order" facility. Two disappointments, the bacon was the "fake" strips and it was certainly missing decent coffee. Location is obviously excellent for Terminal 21 shopping and for access to taxis and tuk tuks. A 70 baht tuk tuk ride "tuk" you into the city centre around Ya Mo, which is a great part of Korat. The staff are simply excellent. From the doormen through reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaners, polite, helpful and, the doormen especially, very knowledgeable

This hotel actually earns a 10+ rating. The staff is warm and welcoming as in a 5-star hotel. The room is clean and from our family room at floor 17 the view was superb. The hotel parking is a separate area of the parking of the mall and very convenient. The way to the hotel, which has a direct connection to the mall, is short. The connection to the mall is great! You have a food court and lots of shopping. The mall is themed, so that it is entertaining for kids as well. There is a kid's play room inside the hotel, which our kids loved. The breakfast in the restaurant is very good.

The elevator could be a bit faster. The connecting room we booked as a family room has a double door and each door can only be opened from one room. So both rooms have to open their door if a connection shall be established. Was not a problem for us: As you get key cards for both rooms, we just placed one card of the other room in each room. So if the children (accidentally) close their door and cannot open it, we can easily access the room from the hallway.

The Centre Point Hotel Terminal21 Korat is a really good and solid place to stay in Korat. The location is excellent, just in the city centre, and connected to the Terminal21 shopping mall. Everything is clean and tidy. The room was spacious and the bed was very good - not soft. There´s a nice guarded pool and little fitness studio.

The building architecture and outer apperance are a bit plain. Only the reception area, all in marble style and pretending a high-so atmosphere, reminded me of staying at a hotel. To me everything looks a bit like the design dates back to last century nineties. Don´t get me wrong: Our room was nice and surely not old fashioned. We did not have any food at the hotel. The restaurant areas is inside the building, on the way to the pool, without any view. Our overall stay was more than ok and enjoyable. However, I stayed at "better" (meaning nicer) hotels in Korat.

We really liked this hotel. All the staff were really friendly and everywhere was very clean, including the lovely pool area. There's free tea and coffee in the lobby area which is a nice touch. Our room was big with a comfy bed and lots of light. You can walk straight into the Terminal 21 mall and there was a good Thai restaurant just on the left on level 4. Nakhon Ratchasima was a friendly city and if you don't like walking, there's always Grab for taxis. Recommended and we'd stay at Terminal 21 again.

Everything :)...Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Modern rooms with very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and shower and having all the facilities that one expects in the room, even USB charging ports by your bedside The infinity pool is wow and exceptionally maintained and the gym overlooking the pool is decently equipped. Breakfast offered a nice variety of dishes which will surely satisfy your appetite Highly recommend and will definitely book again in my next visit.

I love staying at Centre Point because every time this hotel managers to exceed my expectations. Not only are rooms always in perfect (like new) condition, the staff super professional and accommodating or the amenities excellent - this time the hotel was running a special and I spent 15% less to stay in the same room size I usually book. Thank you Centre Point for always trying to make things better for your guests.

Hotel providers excellent black out shades but choosing the room with west exposure makes your morning sleep even better. Try to remember that the next time you book.

Front desk assistance with luggage check in was excellent, Housekeeping was outstanding and the facilities were very well kept. Located next to the mall made shopping and dining excellent. Ease of local transportation was very helpful. An overall great experience. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

The wifi was a little weak but still worked okay. The size of the building has something to do with it . Might consider positioning a wifi repeater on different floors to get a stronger signal.

Excellent mix of Asian and western foods @ breakfast. You also had the choice of freshly made omelets, noodles, and local teas and other warm drinks. The staff were amazing and were always willing to help in anyway possilbe.

I had a package sent and if I didn't follow-up, I don't think that the hotel would have. However, after bring it to there attention, everything went well.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand. The location was excellent, the mall is attached to the hotel, best bathroom with Japanese style toilet. The staff were exceptional. Overall I will give it as a 5 Star plus hotel.

As a Muslim guest, there was nothing to eat at breakfast apart from eggs. I then spoke with the restaurant manager who especially made Halal food for us every morning for breakfast. Exceptional !

Clean, well designed room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Great location; convenient to restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall an excellent hotel.
