The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The wifi worked perfectly every day. Location was excellent, only 5 minutes work to tbe beach and central to everything. The breakfast was good, but needs more tropical fruits provided. Nice roof top pool. The staff are very freindly and the room was cleaned every day.

The rooms are not sound proofed. The gym is quite small.

Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They smiled and made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and homey. They made the experience better than expected.

Nothing. Maybe the fact that the hotel didnt have any spa facilities and the gym closed pretty early. (Should be 24 hours) The gym opening times were odd. Also I think the breakfast needed to be slightly more inclusive in terms of diversity,

The location was good, and the breaky was good. The staff were polite and professional. The travel agent in the lobby was ok, we sorted the elephant and taxi from them

The bed was too small, you couldn't smoke on the balcony. The bond was 2000 baht. This needs to be put in the information payment, just for the traveller to be organised an prepared.

Perfect location !! Next to the boxing stadium/bangla road/patong beach. Area is not noisy. Really nice staff. Beds are really comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Thank you Best Western :)

Not clean enough (walls of the room) - breakfast not enough choices.

It's my second time saying at the hotel. Love the location. It's close to everything, within walking distance, but still far enough to help reduce the noise of the busy, crowded Bangla Road.

The hallways were very dark. The room was dark. It was hard to put makeup on as I was constantly looking for better lighting. My parents also stayed and their door key and TV didn't work. I had to get employees to help 3 times as they'd be locked out of the room after a long, tiring day. The employee are kind and helpful, but the problem was not fixed, and I'd continue to go downstairs until I insisted they come up to verify that the reprogrammed key still didn't work.

The location is good, with a nearby 7-Eleven and night market. The beach is within walking distance, approximately 500 meters away. The room is quite nice, although slightly smaller than anticipated based on the photos. The pool is also okay but certain areas were closed off during our stay. Consequently, we had difficulty finding a dry spot to place our towels due to the rain.

Hotels never provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Luckily, we bring our own. Also, there is no conditioner, so you need to buy it at a nearby store. We also had difficulties with the socket to charge our phones. There is no socket near the bed for you to charge. There is only one socket that suits my charger, but if you are traveling as a family, it's better to bring more adapters with you.

Desert and food

Location Excellent , Patong Beach just 15 minutes away , local shopping areas just close by . Staff Excellent , loved their dress , they were all so sober looking in their ethnic attire . Each of them ready to help and what they did not have like phone charging points near bed they did not fake that they are not understanding . Checking was not breezy fast but its ok as a tourist when too many arrive at the same time it happens . Rooms big enough for solo travelers but bed linen should be of better quality and pure cotton as when its humid polyester bedlinen is not good . Needs to be washed properly and not look as if it was not changed at arrival of new guest . Plus points Hotel has a tour desk , Ms. Film is ever smiling and every time I crossed her desk would get a namaste . Hotel also has Indian food but I did not like the quality of the vegetarian food . They should have more options in keeping mind for solo woman traveler or they should have provision to order by weight specially vegetarian vegetable dishes like aloo gobhi , channa masala etc . This will increase their sales as they serve large quantity of dish but just one roti to go with it . If they sell by weight then more options can be ordered and they can reduce the price of combos . { my view as i am woman solo traveler } Quality of food can be improved if their chefs do some google about famous indian chef and see the videos . I understand demand for non veg may be more but since I always found the restaurant always empty there is some problem which they need to work out Hello every one thank you for the complimentary cake sent to me room on my birthday . You guys have big heart and keep spreading love . I will visit again and again if I come to Patong . Such a neat place to stay

Towels were not clean

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, amazing rooftop pool.

More work could be done to room cleanliness and treating some moldy spots in bathrooms.

The location is great near everything and a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach and Bangla street.

The walls were too thin you could hear the other guest talking doors would slam shut very loud when it closes please try to pay more attention to the gym area it was not clean very often and garbage was left over night.
