For the price we paid at the Phoenix exceeded any of my expectations. Right in the center of everything we wanted to explore. Bazaan market a stone throw away and Jungceylon (with fantastic Air-conditioning) across the road from Bazaan market. Bangla road was 2 blocks away not even 10 minutes walk. They have an awesome pool aria overlooking Patong. Our room was very spacious and the air-conditioned worked perfectly. We did our washing threw the hotel and paid the same price as advertised outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower water was a bit cold for my liking and the space to pack your bartroom goodies a bit small, but considering the price it was good enough.

This stay was perfect for our 3 nights in Phuket. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The rooftop pool is stunning and the location is exactly what you would want - not noisy but a short 5 minutes walk to the nightlife.

Only downside was the noise of the aircon :(

Great location, 5 minute walk to bangala, food, drink and 7/11 all 1 minute walk away. Shower was hot, pool was basic but was clean lovely to finish off the day. Mattress are med-hard. But not uncomfortable. Aircon was excellent in rooms, reception and cleaning staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel isn’t world class standards, but value for money. Less than $40 a night, absolutely will stay again! Recommend staying here with friends or party goers. Not quite fancy enough for honeymoon and big families. 9/10

Elevator was extremely hot, but in the hotels defence we have traveled in a heat wave.

Cleaning staff amazing, so friendly, I left money out and it was not taken. I met 3 of staff and they were lovely a credit to hotel Perfect location, 3 walk to bangalore road, still very quiet. Nice pool Definitely stay here again

Unfortunately reception staff and night security have a little bit of attitude. Not bad, but just not welcoming as you would expect. I am on my holiday after all and want them to welcome me and make me feel welcome. I didn't get that, they were not rude or anything just a bit off. My evening guests also felt the coldness.

The location is great, very close to the market, nightlife, and everything, easily accessible by walking, but it seems far enough to not hear them when you want to sleep at night. It's the best location ever. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony and view. There are also extra towels for the beach and swimming pool to avoid using the white ones. I loved the extra large double bed.

We stayed for 2 nights there after staying in Phuket Town for 4 nights, to see the Patong side, and we liked absolutely everything.

Excellent position, Friendly staff, Pleasant rooms…

Every day is the same breakfast I hope they will change that… When checking out from the hotel, the shower is terrible, there are no towels or shampoo - they should change that because some guests have the whole day after checking out and they need a shower and to be able to change into a comfortable wardrobe

Location was good. Not far from the action but far enough away from noise and crowds. Pool was very nice. Room was very spacious and balcony had a good view of town and to the beach.

Breakfast was average. Not much selection of food for price. A lot of guests would sit in lobby and leave there rubbish on ground when bins are clearly visible. Bed was a bit hard to sleep on.

I enjoyed spending my vacation in the hotel I spent 17 days in it because of that, The room was modern design and the view was very nice, The swimming pool was great with the most amazing view, The location is very excellent, and the cleaning lady is very very nice I liked her. And the best thing is that the price of the hotel is excellent and suitable, I will definitely come back to this hotel next time soon! Thank you so much

There are some bugs in the room, I even found a big bug on the bed and sprayed the whole room with insecticide .. The pool chairs do not have umbrellas. I wanted to stay in the pool all afternoon, but there are no umbrellas to protect from the sun a bit.

Our tourism agency did not confirm the booking but suggested another hotel with the higher price that we did not accept. So we decided to book the hotel through booking.com We chose the Phoenix Hotel because of the price and location. And we did not regret. First of all, the staff in the Hotel is very polite and very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect as the Baan Zaan market and BigC right in 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The same is with transport and, of course, the beach. All is near. very good location. The hotel provided us with rooms that are on the same floor, not so high, the second floor, which is convenient when you are with children. The breakfast was not included to the price but we paid for it separately and breakfast was nice. Every day some of new dishes. Room cleaning was every day. New towels and washing accessories were refilled. The lady name Phyo is very nice and VERY friendly. Wish her the best clients and good tips. She really deserves. Very beautiful girl.

The only thing we did not like that the boxing arena was near and it was noisy at night when the show starts.
