The hotel was very clean and well kept throughout. The bed was the comfiest we’ve had in the last 6 months across all of South East Asia! The swimming pool was a good size and you also have a well equipped gym and bar on the top floor aswell. The hotel was walking distance from the main town and a night market just outside too.

The only negative thing about this property would be the noise that comes from the bangla boxing stadium across the road when they have their events on. However it didn’t really affect us much. Just something to bare in mind, I believe if you have a rear facing room towards the mountains it’s quieter.

The location is incredible . ! The staff was the best part of the hotel. We requested changes to adjust to our flight and needs and they did all their absolute best to help us with all the kindness in the world. The price is incredibly good for what you get and the staff also got us a super discount for our one dayy trip to PhiPhi Island. Lovely Stay! 100%recommended for travelers on a budget, friends or young couples that want to stay in a great located cheap cozy and clean space!

Is a small hotel but has everything you need to feel comfortable! The buffet was quite modest with the options but it was not expensive and the food was good!

The staff made it all better. From the Front Desk, Bell Hop to the Security, Service Staff and House Keeping. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful 😊

The breakfast and the mattress topper which kept sliding away

Locations is in the center of Patong. That is crucial to reach out touristic locations by walking. Thanks for the staff about all their support during our stay.

Breakfast was light when you compare with others.

The staff. The 2 messages, The location, the rooftop bar and waitress ( Lat Lat), the breakfast. The owner and son were a pleasure to meet.

The bed sheets The TV channels. Had better channels on Phi Phi Island. Nachos on the menu must have shredded cheese and fresh corn chips. These are the two most important things with nachos. Old Fashioned drinks need a lot of work. Simple syrup, angostura bitters, orange bitters, orange twist, MARASCHINO cherry and a good bourbon ( Makers, Bullitt, etc). Never make it with Jim Beam.

Good location close to bangla road, restaurants pharmacy and 7/11.

Staff seemed quite unorganised upon arrival seemed unprofessional

The pool on the roof was amazing. They also have a desk on the roof and if you have a remote work, it’s just nice to sit there and look at the mountains while doing your stuff. The room itself was also comfortable and clean. The bed was large and cozy and air conditioning was strong enough. Located not so close to the beach, the hotel was close to the night market with the food and the streets with a lot of night life. It usually took me around 20 minutes to get to the sea. The staff resolves any issues quickly. Every time I had any trouble (a kettle wasn’t working and there were no bathrobe in my room) they resolved it in the time while I was going from the reception to my room after reporting it. It’s my second stay here and having the price was really good (~$280 per week) it’s really worth it.

We stayed at Sira Grande approx 8 years ago, the current renovations that have been done and still on going are turning the hotel into something special. It was a pleasant surprise to see how much it has improved since our last stay there. Well done to all concerned.

The location was superb, close to Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road and Patong beach. The room was comfortable and staff was friendly. The bed was extra large so it is perfect for those who like the extra room to relax and move around. The balcony was wonderful for times when you’d like some fresh air and a view of the mountains close by.

The room was not as polished as in the photos. We also got a room with a conjoined door, so we could hear if there was any noise in the other room. Also, halfway through the stay, housekeeping stopped giving us hand towels. The rooms didn’t have slippers either which is a shame because the floors are parquet, meaning it could get cold. Additionally, I am sensitive to dust and it seemed like the AC vents were dusty, so I stopped using it altogether.
