Decent accommodation, located at the heart of Patong Beach, very near to the buzzling Bangla Street, steps away from the amazing beach, what else can u ask for.. The staff were kind and helpful and bubbly and even the owner, Eric was so humble Highly recommended to guests who are looking for decent, affordable, clean accommodation & great location, Big Boys is an amazing choice.

The stairs up to the room on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor. Manageable. Tiny miny little problem.

My wife and I loved our stay at Big Boys Bed & Burger. The room was clean and had air conditioning, a fan, a big bathroom with a window, and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable – we slept so well. Even though the location is central, it was very quiet. The best part was the super friendly staff, especially Ernest, the manager. He took great care of us, was always available, and checked in often to make sure we were happy. The burger place downstairs is also amazing. They serve fantastic burgers made with Australian dry-aged beef. Everything was perfect for us. We would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Big Boys Bed & Burger was amazing! The place is very central, but still nice and quiet. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable – perfect for relaxing. The best part was the great service. Ernest, the manager, was always there and took care of everything for us. Another highlight: the burgers! We rarely had such good burgers – made with high-quality Australian dry-aged beef and so tasty. Everything was perfect for us. A big thank you to the whole team – we will definitely come back!

What a great find this was! Glad I read a bunch of reviews and picked BB Bed & Burger. I liked every single thing about this place. First and foremost, it has the best customer service of any place you will ever stay, bar none—and that’s saying a lot in Thailand. The staff did everything possible to assure a perfect stay, especially the manager, Ernest. To give you an idea: I had to check out at 5:15 AM to catch my plane. I’d told Ernest I would just leave the key in the room, but when I opened my door, he was standing there to carry my bag down. Unbelievable. I picked a room with a balcony, which had two chairs, a table, and a decent view of Patong Beach and the ocean. The room was large, as was the bed, and the bathroom was huge! Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice towels and bed sheets, and four soft pillows. The room’s well-equipped, including a big TV, mini fridge, coffee set-up, another table and chairs, and a safe. The building seems quite secure, so I didn’t even use the safe. Location probably couldn’t be better: completely quiet side street 60 meters from the beach road and a couple minutes from Bangla. 7-11 on the corner and countless restaurants and street carts. Aside from all the Thai places like Sabai-Sabai and the cheap/delicious street carts, my nearby faves were White Beach Bistro for brekkie, Big Boys’ for lunch, and Roma and Tandoori Flames for dinner. Stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

I liked everything, however note these things: To check in, you go to the restaurant/bar downstairs, and they quickly set you up with a key to your room above and get you settled. Rooms are accessed via stairs, but they will carry your bags up and down.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and away from the busy streets, so it’s both convenient and peaceful. There’s even a 7/11 store right at the front of the street, which is super handy. The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. They even provide free beach towels, which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The WiFi connection wasn’t working for a morning. So it wasn’t that nice… If you have phone internet then it’s okay..

Right in the middle of the pathing beach area, very close to patong beach and bangla road. Super comfy bed, staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even made sure there were staff available at 7am to bring our bags down. Restaurant below hotel serving the most delicious burgers. Great value for money in the perfect location. I would 1000% recommend staying here and I will rebook again if staying in patong wanting to be within walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars and the must experience Bangla road.thank you so much to the staff they were fantastic. Don’t expect 5 star facilities but for people on a budget and for those wanting somewhere close to everything this is the place to stay.

The hotel contact Lay was amazing, organised a taxi on our arrival and helped us with our luggage, I traveled with my GF and daughter who is 12, we had the family room which was 2 adjoining rooms that could sleep up to 6 people, the beds were very comfy and the rooms were cleaned very well every day if you wanted them to be, location is amazing, 5 mins walk to bangala road but far away enough to not really hear the music, the burgers downstairs in the restaurant are so good 10/10

I think the stairs are a bit much for a family, the shower wasn’t very good and wouldn’t stay in its holder to just had to hold it The fireworks every night are very annoying so take ear plugs, this isn’t the hotels fault and Lay even bought us all ear plugs which was very thoughtful

Best Location in the city. Most friendly and helpful manager - Ernest and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had lunch with the most délicieusement burgers. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Free towels for the beach is also a plus. Ernest take care for our trip to Phi Phi island on a best price! Thank you!

Honestly, I was kind of blown away by how good the property was compared to what I was expecting. A hotel in Patong, THAT close to the beach - I had my reservations but the property manager was fantastic and the room was brilliant, especially considering the price paid. 2 minute walk to the beach and a wonderful balcony to relax on if you don't feel like going out. Would definitely stay again.
