Location easy walk to the action on Bangla rd or the otop markets, comfortable bed. Room was clean. Staff were great.

Shower, was like getting peed on by a dehydrated mouse. No pressure at all.

The actual room, pool access, was very good. The swimming pool was great.

Very run down lobby, paint flaking everywhere, extremely sterile, no colour or furnishings, if it's made of metal it's covered in rust. Considering this hotel sells itself as 5 star. It most certainly isint. At $250 per day, way over priced for this hotel, having stayed at numerous 5 star hotels, this hotel, in our opinion, is 3 and a half at best. The staff are great, the breakfast which we paid for was inedible, fine if your Chinese, but for western palate, hopeless. So we ate out every day after the first day. Will be returning to Patong in two months for a three month stay. Obviously it won't be at this hotel. To sumerise, if you call yourself 5 star, that's what a customer expects. Not, poor quality food, and a run down over priced hotel.

Great location, fantastic pool and gardens, all immaculately neat, tidy and clean. Great value for money. No restuarant, at present, but should be up and operating in the next high session. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My room was on the ground level, only metres from the garden surrounded pool. The resort is only a couple of hundred metres from Junceylon shopping centre and Bangla Road, turn the opposite direction and a couple of hundred metres to the Optop Market. I would be most happy to stay here again.

The property location it’s amazing. A few steps away from 7 eleven, restaurants and Bangla Street & Jungceylon it’s just 5 min away. You are in a busy street, but as soon you enter this place, you can hardly hear any noise from the street. It’s was well worth the money. For those renting cars or motorcycles, they have their Owen car park. And do not forget to prepare 2k Bahts for room deposit.

The cleaning of the bathroom could be better done.

The room has everything what you need. A/C, water cooker, coffee and tea, balcony, good bed, deposit box, very nice garden with good pool.

Equipment was strongly used, tap, shower head, furniture, no restaurant available.

The staff and in particular the manager were very helpful. The location was perfect for us being close to the action but also quiet. Pool was a welcomed treat. Rooms were of a good enough standard, maybe a little dated.

No breakfast due to staff shortages following covid shutdown.

very rundown but given the price is so cheap and the hotel situated right in the middle of the action. I can’t really complain. owner should do some serious upgrades the hotel ( and charge more).

Wonderful resort in a great location. Less than 10 min walk to the beach and close to the mall. Quiet place with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. Comfortable clean room and friendly staff.

This is a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, night life and a short walk to the beach.

There is no restaurant on site.
