The staff are wonderful, the location is perfect and only a stone's throw from the beach and it is superb value for money. As someone who has stayed in a lot of hotels in this area, I recommend it highly!

google maps and the location on booking sent me to the wrong location. google sent me about 10 min away and the location here didn’t tell me to go down the side street. so i had to ask a local. there was also what looked like wee on the toilet seat but i just cleaned it off.

The house has good service and great location! The room is clean and tidy. Glad to stay here and Recommend you guys to choose it when you come to the Patong Beach

The location

This establishment is DEPLORABLE and IS ESPECIALLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE in several aspects. DAY 1 : We booked 2 deluxe rooms. When we arrived, after a long journey, no rooms were available. They gave our rooms to other people! After waiting at reception for over an hour, they relocated us to a hotel at the far end of Patong. DAY 2: He takes us back to Patong Rose, we have to wait for check-in at 2:00 p.m. All this to be allocated 1 deluxe room and 1 economy room (window facing a wall and room without TV) because the hotel is full even though we paid for 2 deluxe rooms. DAY 3 to 6: Every day, they tell us that they will correct their mistake by giving us the rooms we reserved. But we see that this is not the case. The staff are clearly laughing at us. Especially since we see them cleaning for check outs without changing rooms for us. ASSESSMENT: The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. In addition, the staff was not attentive and the equipment and services were largely insufficient. The WiFi was also poor. Despite compensation of 200 bath for the entire 6 nights (i.e. 33 bath of compensation per night, an error), these defects harmed our overall experience. Our stay was very disappointing. We do not recommend this establishment.

To start i booked the deluxe room but on booking in they had given my suite to someone else so ended up in the standard room. Then the toilet leaked every time it was flushed and the aircon unit electrics were held together with tape and hidden by the wardrobe. They also didn't clean all the time i was there even though I'd put the sigh out on my second day. On top of that my room was robbed while i was asleep taking my phone Samsung s23 ultra in green + 10.000 baht and my reading glasses and case plus my vape worth £40. I reported it to the police but they only gave me a report number never did anything about it. I have the report but lost all the pictures of the room as they were on my stolen phone.
