A stunning hotel to enjoy the vacation in Phuket. We stayed for 2 nights and were amazed by the facilities, view, and hospitality of the staff. It sure is a high-end hotel. However, the money is worth the experience provided by the staff. Its remommended to add breakfast in as they had such a large variety, and the taste of the dishes was amazing. The resort also had an in-house massage centre. We tried it for 60 mins massage, and it was also worth it with very reasonable rates. Overall a great experience staying with them and a very good choice of high-end resort in Phuket

The property was beautiful and at a perfect location! We had stayed in the pool rooms so the view was breathtaking! The breakfast could be improved but liked it anyways. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfect for singles, couples and families. It was a 13 min walk to Patong beach ! There’s also a scooter rental place right next door which was great! The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The terrace was really nice as well.

The insects in the room on the first day were really bad around the bed but the room is high up next to the trees so it was expected. When it rains, the lift to the rooms don’t work and walking down to the lobby is a bit hazardous. The room itself is a bit tight, so can’t place your bags on the floor without stepping over it to get around. Because of the rain, we didn’t use the pool much so was a bit of a waste of money (so would recommend booking this out of monsoon season :) ) also didn’t like how the kettle was upstairs and not in the actual room. Would be nice to have it in the room.

If you would like to book pool villa try to book in 5 floor Floor 6 you will need to ride stairs again Floors 4,3,2 view is not showing all window like Floor 5-6-

Decor, room, location, staff, facilities, food, it was all top notch! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. We got one of the villas with private pool on the 4th floor, the view was amazing, enough privacy, the whole experience was amazing! We had an issue with some construction noise and the staff immediately offered us free massage session and a dinner to make it up for us. They were lovely, and so professional. If we come back to Phuket, we know where we are staying!!!

During the spa experience, the billing and the calculation is all done on paper and it takes a bit of time. We feel it should be digital, and should be done after the treatment.

The elevator to the villa is sometimes out of service...

The grounds are beautiful, the suites are spacious with a great view. The breakfast has lots of options for food and drinks. The happy hour at the bar offers great value, and the menu at the restaurant was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept like babies.

There was an area being renovated which caused a bit of noise during the day. This had no effect on our enjoyment of this beautiful resort

Privacy is not 100% in villas

Hotel is very stylish, we love the nice decorations with a lot of plants. The staff were really helpful and informative.

- Breakfast doesn't have much of choice and the taste was regular - We called to request the late check out and the front staff confirmed our request. However, around 11 am the house keeping knocked the door and rush in to the room while we were getting ready. We would suggest the front staff should communicate among the team on which room is not ready to check out yet

We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights at the beginning of our stay in Thailand. It was lovely. The villa was beautiful with a view down to the beach. Breakfast was good, nice selection. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were brilliant. The resort is about a 20min walk to the beach which was ok for us and didn’t come here for the beach specifically.

As it is the start of the season and there has been 2 months of rain there was a lot of construction going on at the resort. It didn’t actually disturb us as was only between 10am and 7pm. The villa was very quiet once doors were shut. The villas are situated on the hill, the lift wasn’t working on the first day of our stay. We were on the 5 floor so it was a long walk! Thankfully the lift was fixed for the rest of our stay. None of these things really made me dislike anything about our stay at Dinso. I would definitely go back.

The hotel is amazing in every single aspect – design, facilities, comfort, food, and WiFi. Our room was in a distant building, and we had to take three lifts to get there, which didn't bother us at all. The hotel is a 15-minute walk to the beach, which is a huge advantage; we wouldn't want to live near the noisy center.
