The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the Perfect location and the restaurant downstairs does some great Italian food and the owner makes his own pasta which is very popular with the Italians living in Phuket.

Can sometimes be a bit nosey when people come back from a night out but you would expect that being in this location.

The staff are so kind. The food and the coffee are fantastic. Location is great too. I will be back there.

the property was amazing we really good time, situated very close to the bangla road really easy access to everything , all facilities are close we had a lovely time the structure was clean and all the personal was super friendly and supportive for anything you need , the owner Nino will let you fell like at home , and if you like Italy he made a really authentic italian food which as I’m italian you will certainly not forget it at all ! thanks for lovely staying very recommended I will be back for sure

The Location is across the street from Walking Street. You could not be closer and it is still quiet enough to sleep well. The food is excellent and I had a cappuccino 2x a day they were so good. The American breakfast is way better than most. Get the pasta since it is homemade and so is the Lasagna. Great value and the best food!

If you are big on Thai TV ok but only a few English channels and some European Football etc.

It is a very strategic location where everything is a walking distance away.

Some of the things like toilet flush was kind of spoil but I fixed it for them 😂😂.. The door need to check again because my first day left me with open door as the knob had a little tucking problem. The toilet door cannot be shut completely as the door somehow expanded at the bottom. So it’s chilly when you bath 😏. But it’s all okay.

The deluxe room was huge. Comfy bed & the location is superb if you want to enjoy the nightlife of pattong. The windows keep out most of the noise if not. The shower was great. The staff are friendly. The girl is gorgeous (: I would recommend for people wanting to enjoy nightlife & beach. Location is perfect and a good hotel by Western standards.

well we went out for a night of party with friends booked very late , very good value and so close to bangla road great , smoothly check in , rooms were clean , shower / bed clean easy and secure check in

as its in the middle of the hussle bussle of patong expect bright lights and a bit noise , but at this rate you cannot complain i was happy

The guesthouse is right near Bangla road however, the rooms are still fairly quiet. The location is excellent with huge variety of restaurants nearby and the beach about 10 minutes walk. The rooms are a very good size, the bed is comfortable and overall the value is quite good.

Check-in is 15:00 (not 13:00 as stated on this website). The rooms are starting to show their age, water is supplied however there is no coffee making facilities.

it’s small hotel with perfect Italiane spirit. bed are nice comfortable personal is amazing you feel like home there home made Italiane pasta with Italy chef in kitchen it’s really super tasty Italy food!!

everything was perfect

From the owner to housekeeping the service was professional and friendly. The hotel though older was as clean as could be. In addition they had to monitor me as I was there during my 'Phuket Sandbox Quarantine' and did a great job.

Can be a little smokey at the entrance but really this is a solid 3 star little hotel.
