We had an amazing experience at this hotel and there were many highlights to our stay. Firstly, the resort offers great value for money, especially considering the bustling area it is located in. Nanai street is full of great cafes, restaurants, 7-eleven stores, massage shops, barbers, and all the amenities you need. The hotel offers some excellent services, including a free golf cart trip from the lobby down to the street and a free scheduled shuttle bus to Patong Beach. Even though we didn't get to use the pool, it looked fantastic and very inviting. Despite the hotel not being as new as some other resorts in Patong, it was quite spacious and clean. We were impressed by the super-friendly and accommodating staff who even let us check out an hour later than the regular checkout time. It also has an ATM in the lobby which is super handy! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value stay in a lively part of Patong. The staff, services, and location make it a fantastic choice for any traveler looking to enjoy all that Phuket has to offer.

The air con was not super cold in the room, and also the lobby is an open area with no air con.

The Pool is so fresh and clean. The food are amazing. The staffs are super helpful and friendly.

There should be "free" water whenever customers ask even on their check out day. "We do not serve free water on check out day" is not the right thing to do when the water is "free". The aircon is a bit loud in the room.

I stayed here in April for 4 nights after a jam packed 10 day trip in Vietnam. The hotel was absolutely perfect, from the moment I pulled up to the hotel I knew I had made the right decision with choosing to stay here. The interior of the hotel, reception etc area is all so beautiful and relaxed with lovely instrumental background music playing.All the staff kindly and warmly greet everyone with genuine smiles. I had informed the hotel that I was vegan when booking and requested some some soya milk for tea/breakfast and on my first morning when I gave my room number the lady straight away said oh we have Soya milk for you. The breakfast was beautiful with plenty of all the tropical fruits that I look forward to on holidays such as dragonfruit, papaya, watermelon. They had salads cereals and hot food to choose from although I just stuck to some fruit and cereals. The hotel is on a steep hill but there is a little tuc tuc that a member of the hotel is always there to drop you up or down the hill if you don't want to walk it. I went out for my dinner so I can't say how that was but had lunch in the pool bar the first day while I waited for my room to be ready. They had vegan options such as tofu , rice stir frys. I went to the spa on my last day to get a traditional Thai massage and it was honestly the best massage I've had. I was so happy with my bedroom and being able to sit outside on my balcony and watch the sun sun set over the sea. There was no noise except for fireworks one or two of the nights from the beach but the hotel is well away from all the noisy streets. (About 15 min walk) I genuinely can't think of anything to fault the hotel on. I only wished I had stayed for a few more days.

I honestly can't think of anything that I wasn't happy with. It suited perfect especially as I was only there for a short stay and was out and about during the day.

Staff is mannered and pleasant other than one person who might need a bit more training in customer service, but all the others made more than up for that. We definably will be back because the place in general is excellent.

Having been there several times before and myself and wife are smokers (sorry for those who are not) The Senses has an outdoor pool bar where smoking was always permitted and even on our first day of arrival. However the next day suddenly there was a smoking ban in the outdoor bar area, and we were advised to sit outside the bar area in the hot sun. This I found very enjoying, the same was for a section of the outside breakfast area. But like I said before we will be back and hopefully the reverse this decision.

my wife and I stayed in a villa ,was a unforgettable experience !!! very comfortable and spacious with a great bathroom and we loved having our own private pool. staff were first class very friendly and happy to help anyway they could we will be back to stay again !!!!

I can not talk enough about their staff members. They were always so polite and helpful. The pool was big and had enough sunbeds. It was always so chill to hang out by the pool and the bar in the pool. The location was perfect for us because we had a car and the hotel is really in the middle of everywhere. So it was very easy for us to travel from the hotel. The room size was great. We stayed 21 days so we were happy with the extra space in the room. The cleaning lady was amazing. She always had a big smile on her face. We had never have an issue about the hotel except the Wifi sometimes.

There are only 2 things that we can say they could have been better. The Gym and the WIFI. The gym was there just to say that there is a gym i guess. The purpose of the gym was not really to train:) 1 out of 4 machines was already broken. They had some dumbbells but only like 6 kg or 8 g max so useless for us. And it was so small, you can not be there more than 2 people. They have so much space otherwise and such a big garden. I don`t understand why they dont make a better gym for longterm staying customers such as us. The Wifi in the room was not good. It was slow and time to time there wasnt any connection.

Everything - from the moment we arrived all of the staff were so welcoming! They made us feel at home. It was a pleasure to stay at the Senses and will definitely be back soon Our next accommodation cancelled on us with less than 12hrs notice. The staff at the Senses went above and beyond to secure our room for an extra night until we arrange other accommodation. I was discharged from hospital that same day - they were so helpful and made the situation very easy

Excellent view from Ocean Panoramic room. Very spacious also. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lady (Pat) at the travel desk for booking tours and outings was extremely helpful and had really good recommendations.

- The villa with private pool was great - Smart controls - Pool was clean and good depth - Shower was great - Bed comfy - Good size - Good value for money - Nice view

- AC in the bedroom area was not cooling great. Took hours to cool the room down - We got breakfast to the room, was not great

We loved the facilities at the Senses! The pool and bar near the pool were fantastic - the food they served was so delicious. The staff were also amazing and so helpful. The rooms were always clean and had everything we needed. The shower in the room was huge which was a nice feature. The beds were a bit hard but we found that to be the norm in Thailand hotels. We loved the location, it was about a 15-20 min walk from Bangla Road but we are a young couple so we loved the walk everyday which allowed us to see some of the local activity, there was a fresh food market nearby and walking through of a morning was such a great experience. We also loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the main area, whilst still in walking distance. The hotel breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to come back for an additional night after visiting another island. The airport transfer was also so easy and convenient. Thank you so much for such a wonderful staff!
