Gym is really good for a hotel we used it everyday! Bed and room is very comfortable Hotel is clean and comfortable and would most likely stay again

Unnecessarily long and irritating check in system. Asked for a 1500 baht deposit, would not take a note due to dirt on the note all very petty and didn’t paint a good picture of the staff in all honesty. Lift is weirdly slow Breakfast is just okay. Serves its purpose but it’s not very nice Bit of a walk to the beach/main area

Absolutely fantastic modern hotel !!!! Started with friendly staff greetings. The room was a great size, great air con, comfy beds, free wifi, tv, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, table and chairs, heaps of power points and a USB point by the bed, heaps of good lighting. Bathroom was of a good size, with a large shower, good size vanity also. The Bar fridge had very well priced drinks and snacks in it (cheapest I've ever seen in a hotel). The pool while being small was still great and has heaps of seating and lounge chairs in the area. The restaurant has some fantast tasting meals on offer for lunch and dinner which are also very cheap. These can be delivered to your door, or have in the restaurant or by the pool.Overall there is nothing I could have asked for to make my stay any better. The hotel has a very new and modern feel. It's. 5 minute walk to the beach. And several 7-11's and family marts within 1-2 minutes walking distance. These also quite often have street vendors outside selling food.

It was the best and cleanest hotel we stayed in during our 10-day Phuket holiday. There were many places where we paid much more and did not receive such good service. The breakfast is large enough that everyone can find something suitable for them and the products are fresh. The rooms are comfortable, large and really clean. There is a market right next to it, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The prices of the products in the mini bar were the same as in the supermarkets. It is an application that takes care of the guests. In our opinion, they have thought of everything and put it in the room, from an umbrella to even a raincoat to buy if necessary. They deserve 10 in terms of price and performance.

the pool is a little small

Me and my bf are travelling around Asia and I can admit that they have the best gym in the hotel! Nice & modern design, bed and pillows are super comfortable, we slept like babies. Breakfast was yummy, don’t know why people complained in some reviews. Their service is great and stuff is super friendly! Welcome drinks were cool💪. Location is nice, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to nice restaurants. Swimming pool is as per standards of Patong, all hotels are having pretty small pools here, so everything was great!

Absolutely fantastic hotel !!!! Only place I will stay now when staying in Patong. Super friendly and helpful staff. Large and very comfortable and quiet rooms. Good wifi, air con, large bathroom, bar fridge, cheap food and drink, cool swimming pool and outdoor area and in a quiet area with no noise. But only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Street food, 7-11, family mart, laundry, restaurants and bars only 1 minute walk away

No hot water, only just warm water in the shower

The staff was great. Ms. Dara deserves a raise at the earliest possible. She was a welcome presence each morning at breakfast. The night crew was quite friendly. He always greeted us with a smile.

Breakfast has very limited selections.

Everything is perfect, 14 minutes walking to bangla road. Easy access to tuk tuk, got so many massage places around there

Very welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast. In a good location - quiet and within walking distance to the beach and Bangla (10-15 mins).
