The location of the hotel was perfect. A short 5-minute walk to Patong Beach and about 10 minutes away from Bangla Road. The pools were great, the deluxe garden view room we chose was spacious enough, though not overly so. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of Asian, Indian and English food.

The pools close at 8pm which was very disappointing. At breakfast, the cooks frying the bacon and eggs were very unfriendly and slow. The aircon in the room is very noisy, we battled to sleep with it on yet without it the room is too hot. Our shower did not have a door, instead it had a curtain which is very unhygienic. Tours and transport offered by the hotel were heavily overpriced. We felt the hotel was overpriced given what we experienced. We wanted to extend our stay in Patong however the hotel would not offer a reduced rate so we opted to move to another location.

We stayed in Junior Suite - great sized room, extremely comfortable beds, fabulous sized pool, (and a 2nd one we discovered 2 days in) staff friendly and helpful, good choices for buffet breakfast

Not really a complaint, but you must pay cash as you have a drink in pool bar, can't charge room or pay in lump sum at end, not really convenient to be carrying cash while swimming up to a pool bar - perhaps need to get a system in place.

Pleasant surroundings in a quiet location away from the busy streets. Nice garden and pool setting. Helpful staff and comfortable beds with good aircon. Generally a good breakfast.. Attractive resort with friendly staff. Very good Spa on-site with excellent therapy etc.

Cocktails were not up to standard and were below par with every other that we had consumed over our holiday. Appeared to have a very low alcohol content. Don't offer this option unless you provide a quality product.

Second time visiting and I am still as impressed as ever. Great service. Friendly staff. Hidden sanctuary in the midst of busy patong. Really close to amenities. Easy to get around. Great breakfast!!

Seems like there is some maintenance to be done. But totally understandable considering travel been closed for 2 years. Even more reason to go visit.

Our stay at this hotel was very good also taking into consideration the limitations due to the Covid Pandemic. The swimming pools are excellent other than the fact that you lose the sun a little too early late afternoon due to the high rise buildings of the neighbours. A very relaxed atmosphere and quiet with two good restaurants outside particularly May's which was excellent. Its a bit far away from the beach, if your fit within walking distance if not a short shuttle or motor bike taxi or taxi wont break the bank.

Out of choice on a long stay such as ours I would not take the breakfast again but that is not to say that the breakfast was not good. It did get a bit mundane but we stayed at this hotel for 25 nights. The garden pool could do with more sun beds and the Gym could do with a refurb. The Spa room isn't worth it as the sun doesn't warm the water enough and the hedges don't half attract the mosquitoes but that's part and parcel and you can combat this. Other than this we had a very good stay.

Close to shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at the Deevana resort 3 times now so did know what to expect, it is a very good comfortable hotel , the rooms are a good size ( I have always booked the de luxe rooms) they are a typical Thai style hotel which I like though it is looking a little dated now, Breakfast has a decent food selection and runs from 6.30-10.30, Nita on the reception is lovely and really helpful, all the staff to be fair are very polite and helpful but did feel there was a shortage of staff in the breakfast room this holiday but all in all we had a lovely stay again and would definitely stay again

Some food at breakfast was a little slow being replaced , things like bacon were not replenished enough , when busy in the breakfast hall it could do with another one or two to help out as they did seem rushed off their feet ,

Overall the Daily Breakfast was great, pools where great and the rooms also comfortable and clean. (Beds are Firm but I had no issue with this) Good location and easy to walk around. We had an issue with the room when a co-joining room, the travellers started to smoke. (Even though they are not to) The staff where on to this quickly and moved us to another room without issue (Same room type was available) But still would have been happy with another as we where coming to the end of the trip :)

Rude tourists to the staff, and the access to pool towels, (You do have them in the rooms but it would be good to change these yourself without getting house keeping to do this for you).

Location and proximity to the happening places like Bangla Street, beach, restaurants etc., Breakfast was good even for Vegetarians like me.

Front staff, initially didnt provide me the POOL Facing room even though I had booked the same and after showing my booking details , she changed it... which i felt was not professional. Secondly, I had lost ONE FULL DAY booking due to flight delay issues and had to pay up for the same... I requested for at least offering me a complimentary LUNCH / DINNER, which was rudely turned OFF... It may be kindly noted that I did not ask for any disount on the room tariff even though i had lost ONE FULL DAY... which i felt was not in good professional taste. The hotel could have given me some additional benefits for the loss.
