The rooms are well appointed, the bed was comfy, the ac works well. The breakfast buffet was good but not great, very average and run of the mill. We really enjoyed the little nook next to the windows, perfect for lounging and reading a book.

Honestly, Phuket itself let the hotel down, mostly due to the taxi cartel that operates here and charges exorbitant rates to get around the island. Otherwise it's a great hotel and not too expensive.

We booked a two bedroom villa and loved it! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, fridge and TV. One bedroom has a large balcony. The kitchen has all utensils, fridge + bathroom. The location is good, quiet and very close to all restaurants, bars, massage places, 7/11 and a big mall is about 15 minutes walk. Patong beach was too crowded, the water was oily due to too many boats and jet skis, so a nice hotel pool was very useful (or it was easy to get a taxi and go to different beaches).

well when we booked phukets biggest shopping mall was 500 meters so that was one of the main reasons we booked there but no one advised that shopping mall was closed until next year so we had to catch taxi to phuket town shopping mall each time for shopping at a cost of 800 baht each time

Nice quiet location and still in the center of activities.

Hardly any sun at the pool at any time of the day.

Sparkling clean, near to beach, near to local market, very near to bangla road. Swimming pool is also very nice n clean. Breakfast was very good, we had asked for something with no-egg and no-meat, the chef prepared us food everyday as per our choice I mean (no egg no meat) Palymra is really recommended.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful in arranging taxis, motorbike rental, etc. The room was spacious and very comfortable seating / bed. We enjoyed the open breakfast area by the pool, and the breakfast buffet had several yummy options. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as Patong Beach.

The power was out for 2 hours our first night there, and for some reason our room's was unfixable even after that time, so we had to stay in a different room for one night. It wasn't the relaxation after travel we had hoped for, but in the end our room's power was repaired the next day. There was a second 2-hour power outage during the following day.

I loved the service! The people were very welcoming, friendly and humble. Special thank you to Sun at the bar he was a great man with lovely service! The room was amazing, great view, lovely looking hotel and very clean. The breakfast was yummy and lots of options with food changing everyday! Great location not surrounded by loud parties, music or busy area however very close to the main strip and beach so everything was easy access! In case you forgot anything the front desk can help with booking tours or surrounding shops! Good security and amazing staff! 🤗 Thank you Palmyra!

The music at the bar could be more upbeat but everything else was perfect! Very happy 😃

I love how clean the entire place is. The room was clean, bathroom was superb! spacious room and love the balcony that has a nice view if you’re staying at the top floor. able to see the parasailing from the beach.

15mins walk too Bangla st but it wasn’t that far. along the way there’s plenty of shops that you can look see look while you walk to main attraction :)

I didn't expect to get an upgrade and really happy to receive this service. the concierge really efficient when they saw guest carrying heavy luggage, they immediately approach us and help to carry our luggage. the location quite hidden and I feel like I found a hidden gem in a middle of Patong.
