Beautiful view and the pool upstairs is great. Definitely recommend going to The Reef for lunch. The food for lunch and dinner is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and were very helpful with taxis and activities around Phuket.

The pool access rooms have shared pools with no barriers and we had kids/ other people swimming in front of our room so had to keep the curtains closed for a lot of the time. The air conditioner placement in the rooms is awkward as the air constantly blows in your face above the bed. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, with cold food.

The best part of this hotel is the infinity pool. The view is beautiful & pool water is temperature controlled. The sea view rooms have a jaccuzi in the balcony which is really nice. The special rooms have their own little pool with the terrace. Plus points: - not too far from main patong beach & 10 mins drive to bangla road if you are a night life fan - beautiful infinity pool with a great view - jacuzzi in rooms - their hotel manager Mike made our stay very comfortable. Hes very helpful, accommodating, understands english, & extremely helpful

- its seafacing, does have access to beach, however there are too many rocks so not a place to swim at all. To swim you need to go down to main patong beach - there was construction happening in the cafe at the hotel so all day you could hear drilling. You should email them to check about construction before the visit - they need to work on their customer service as they are very slow. Our room key kept getting stuck daily, nobody took notice until we raised it to the hotel Manager, Mike who upgraded our room & made sure our remaining stay was comfortable

The room having pool access having infinity pool is one of the best , one can enjoy the beautiful sunset AND any words are less to praise the clean pool and beautiful view. It makes up for everything. Welcoming natured reception staff teddy and ck were brilliant. Breakfast although having limited choice was delicious and well prepared. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with Jaccuzi and Smart TV . Placement of wash basin outside the toilet although aesthetically pleasingbut functionality wise a bit of challenge. Room need a bit more of furniture like travelling bag table etc.

Zenmaya has recently opened up post covid lockdown and still under recovery renovations. so you will be hearing constant hammering and drilling through out the day (although it was not that loud) . At the time of welcome Wyndham lady (not ZENMAYA) was trying to sell a membership of hotel by tempting free stay/packages by attending a 1 hr 30 mins of seminar . She was very persuasive and irritating . Zenmaya can avoid this commercial activity right at the time of check-IN . Zenamaya although rated 5 stars is at present maximum 4 stars and has all the potential of becoming a beautiful boutique hotel post its renovation. the ROOM WAS STILL OUT OF THE WORLD AND DESERVES FULL 5 STARS. SPAS Rooms should be added in the property to enhance ratings further.

Ok to start off we were amazed that as we arrived to have elephants walking by!!! Entered the lobby to a beautiful coconut blue welcoming drink. Entered into our beautiful suite overlooking the water. As we had a delayed flight we decided to stay and hunker down for the night. We were unexpectedly blessed with a restaurant voucher for 15% off so we went for supper. Food is amazing and very reasonably priced! Food portions were big and very tasty. As we sat down we were advised of the daily 2 for 1 drinks!!! Daily specials from 5-7! Us Canadians love our happy hours. Infinity pool was amazing and we enjoyed a night swim. Our room was clean, breakfast was great daily with great selection. Loved the made to order eggs of all kinds. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Really enjoyed our stay! Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great property! We got upgraded to the suite with a hot tub which was amazing. The views are great.

Breakfast and location superb, lots of options, great coffee and vegetarian/halal options! Swimming pool is gorgeous and clean. Hotel is very close to Patong Beach. There are a few restaurant within walking distance from the hotel, you will have to walk on the road but I didn’t feel unsafe doing so. Strongly recommend the Thai/Mexican restaurant, best food I’ve ever had while in Phuket!

Restaurant has some good food but overpriced. Rooms are a bit older than I expected from the pictures, shower gets hot-cold and changes pressure all the time, bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like, but overall very spacious. A/C drips water in the middle of the room. Hotel front desk is not very helpful and it seemed not to know what to suggest guests to do around Patong. Greek restaurant closed. Gym is very small. “Private beach” is very rocky and not at all accessible or good for swimming.

The Staff was accommodating of everything and extremely prompt, from bringing an iron to my room, getting me a taxi to get a SIM card, recommending food and tourist spots, all an outstanding job on their part. Breakfast, the bar, pool and outdoor lounge overlooking the ocean was very well kept and enjoyable. Would recommend.

There's all the little shops around for your needs, but a taxi is required to go into larger towns/cities (but you need a taxi if you don't rent a vehicle to get around to get between attractions or other cities anyway).
