The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The swimming pool is big and very clean, however we did not use it during our stay. If we stayed longer we would have loved a dip! It's open 24/7 for guests. The room is very big so a lot of space for luggage. Nice private balcony available too.

The AC didnt really seem to blow cold air, only the fan working. The was occasional power-cuts, but I believe this is a regional issue. It would get very hot during that time so need to somehow be prepared for that. Overall the room and bathroom is very basic... nothing special or fancy.

Great stay at Naka Resort 🌺🌴 If you are looking for a cozy accommodation outside of the hustle and bustle you are right here. You feel welcomed from the minute of arriving and you will find a place that is clean, modern, quiet and lush green. Your host Faii will go the extra mile to make you feel like home. Nice breakfast, clean and spacious room and a refreshing swimming pool. Within 5 minutes by car or motorbike you will reach Kamala with a long beach and city centre with market, restaurants, massage saloons, dive shops, etc. Also Patong beach is easy accessible within a short ride. By walking distance you will find a little supermarket. The host and the family will help you with any kind of request and tour booking. I wish I could stay longer but I will come back.

Spacious Room and Clean. Can Rent a motorbike at property. Can book island tours directly from hotel. Ma Faii is very good and friendly. I enjoyed my stays ☺️

Really nice staff, very welcoming and engaging. The food was good, floating on the pool looking at the stars was beautiful, the room was extremely spacious and had nice touches.

It's a bit hard to get anywhere from the hotel without a taxi or rented vehicle. To be fair, that seems to be the case for any hotel on the island that is not in one of the villages, and it is more peaceful to be there.

The Naka Resort was absolutely fantastic! Jane, her family, and the rest of the staff did everything possible to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. Jane made excellent recommendations for excursions, local restaurants and massages and took the extra steps to book them for us. The hotel was immaculate, the pool so clean and refreshing and their restaurant served excellent authentic Thai food. Truly one of the best if not the best family run hotels we have ever stayed in. Thank you Jane for taking such good care of us. We will miss you!

Everything from the staff, place itself and the food, it's a hidden gem tucked back off the main road between Patong and Kamala set in beautiful grounds with a gorgeous swimming pool its a Family run hotel and Jane and her Family really have made me feel like one of the Family initially booked to stay 2 nights 🌙 and have been here since they really can't do enough for you to make your stay at Naka Resort a memorable one if and when I return to Thailand Naka Resort will definitely be one of my choices of places to stay in the Phuket area as it's well worth the money you pay for a stay here.

Nothing really the location is a bit out of the way but can rent bikes from the owners to get around on so it's not so bad and Kamala is 2km away whereas Patong is 5km in opposite direction so not as out of the way as some places plus if you don't fancy a motorbike Jane will either give you a lift or call you a taxi.

This place really feels like a resort and we loved it. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It is very peaceful and quiet - I enjoyed spending time at the pool - swimming, sunbathing or reading a book. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced. They are renting scooters and you can reach both Patong and Kamala in 5-10 minutes. If I visit again I would choose this place. Peace, quiet, and away from the hussle and bustle. All staff and family members were very accommodating to any of our needs. Polite, helpful, and a pleasure to talk with. Great value for money, that's why I returned, too, from a previous stay here. Rented a bike, so all places of attraction were within distance to get too.

Nothing that was disliked. I'm thinking of returning in September.

Incredible place that we absolutely fell in love with! - clean room and the territory - cozy and chill atmosphere - clean pool that is allowed to swim in at night! - friendly and helpful staff always ready to help if there are questions or problems - located in the jungle away from loud cities, very quiet and peaceful at nights - delicious breakfast 😋

Clean clean clean , I will definitely be back here again for my 3rd stay here , this is family business with that personel touch that you don’t get with a large hotel - it’s tucked away out of the Hustle and bustle but still close enough to Kamala shops but you will need a bike or a taxi
