Need improve breakfast

I loved the location of the property, it was nice and close by all the places me and my husband wanted to visit. We were able to go to 2 beaches, main one being Patong Beach. Beaches and shops were a short distance away. We visited Bangla Market and the shops there very frequently. They also had a free beach shuttle bus which we took almost everyday during our stay! A great money saver as they will drop you off and pick you up designated times. The rooms itself were very clean and tidy with minimalistic decor which I love. They had all the amenities topped up. They also did a lovely honeymoon decor for the bed which was cute :) The jacuzzi and pools are beautiful and also kept very clean, we used the jacuzzi the most as the water was cool under the patio and was a relief after a long sweaty day out in the scorching sun. The staff are very kind and accommodating and made sure we had fresh towels and topped up amenities when we used them. We also had breakfast on some days which was lovely as they had various options to choose from at the restaurent.

I didn’t dislike this, maybe just an improvement would be if the AC had more power to them. It was extremely hot the time we went and when coming back to the room from being outside the whole day to cool down it took a long time for the AC to cool the room down. But not really complaining about that, we managed :)

The property is in a perfect location . It’s only around a 10 minute taxi or 30 minute walk into central Patong . It is positioned on a hill overlooking patong bay itself . We were right at the top in a Sky Villa ( 671 ) which meant absolutely no one overlooked us & it was the most prime view available. Because of the resorts position there is normally a nice breeze coming down from the hill as appose to Central Patongs stifling humidity ( we stayed in February for 7 nights ) . The staff are Amazing & Can’t do enough for you . The food & drink within the hotel are in my opinion very reasonable priced compared to the other places we stayed on our trip & excellent quality . WiFi super fast and available everywhere.We’ll definitely see you again .

I cannot find anything at all to dislike about any aspect of our stay .

Spacious Private Rooms with pools were super nice, view is gorgeous and food and restaurant serves up some great local options. Staff was super helpful, delightful and made the overall experience better!

Site arrangement is not ideal, it requires a degree of taxi'ng around just to get back and forth to your location. Spot is also a bit up North of Patong which is just far enough to make it too far to walk to local spots. Some of the rooms are located directly close to the road which can get quite noisy and disturbs mood of private room arrangement. Local taxi into town was not very reliable on timing towards the later traffic hours.

Booked a full unit (Ocean suite) with 3 bedroom, the rooms design were great and very spacious attached with a bath tub directly facing the Patong Beach. The unit was fully equip with everything you need e.g cook. great for families with kids . My kids were so excited they rush to go around the unit and start selecting their rooms. My boy says the kitchen is great, he would like to start cooking immediately :>

The resort was build along the slope, hence need to climb stairs to reach my unit although they provide vehicle transport up. Access to beach is difficult as there is quite a distance away (although still within walking distance), however the road towards the beach is quite busy. Can be difficult if bring young kids. Unless you take their transport and drop next to the Police Post, which is also the entry to Patong night street where the bars were.

The hotel was in a stunning location away from the noise of Patong beach which could easily be reached by the free hotel shuttle every few hours. The views were stunning and our room with own splash pool felt like a real treat. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was quite quiet at the communal pools too which was lovely. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.my partner loved the gym and its view.

Although there was a bar and restaurant it wasn't a place you would go for atmosphere. With such beautiful views and surroundings I felt they could make use of this and perhaps have open air bar/ snack area for sundown . I wander if a lot of people just ordered room service and enjoyed the view from their rooms so perhaps it's not financially worth it. We tended to go into town at night as there was not much within walking distance of the hotel and at night the pavements were not well lit or safe in places

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The daily housekeeping was of a high standard. The private pool was such a luxury. We enjoyed the location being slightly out of the busy resort of Patong. The complimentary breakfast has so many choices and everything we tried was delicious. Room service was excellent and the bar and restaurant served some of the nicest food and drink we had during our stay.

The road directly outside is difficult to walk as no sidewalk but generally we used the free shuttle or tuktuks

The view was amazing from the villa. Big enough and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent. Breakfast ****.

The first villa we got (517) had 4 bedrooms but the 4th one was useless as it was seperated and smelly. The cupboard had a bed smell too. This villa requires renovation for sure. Not suggested to offer to families with a 4th room separated. Since we complained they changed to another villa which was absolutely perfekt.

Home away from home, nothing feels like an inconvenience to anyone that works there, they are professionals at what they do and do everything to the highest standard. This place has everything you need and the team always go above and beyond. This was my second time here and part of a birthday trip for my mum who they did a beautiful birthday suprise for. She is already looking to book her own holiday here with others!

It’s so far away from where I live!

Location out of town so quieter and you can taxi, shuttle or walk into town. The 2 bed apartment was fantastic, great modern decor and super clean and light. The views of Patong are outstanding. This was our third visit so that says a lot! Breakfast good 👍🏼

Please put a Wi-Fi booster on the top floor as the internet is unusable on that floor and you need some internet when winding down before bed.
