Breakfast is satisfied and we like the location. I book Inn wing but we check in at Ocean wing which we like it.

The Aircon automatically switch off every like every 2 hours. When you flush the toilet it needs a lot of water it seems like the vacuum not much. And i found a big jelly in front of the beach resort.

Location was nice especially the pool area and the beach.

Damp in the room in Inn Wing, awful, very smelly room. Ventillation should be solved. The room is out dated and the shower is dirty. There is no internet, although they advertise wifi everywhere.

Staff is friendly and tries to help, though most of them hardly speak English

1. Breakfast is CHEAP and HORRIBLE. Dont buy. Much better and cheaper to buy outside of hotel. The owner is SUPER CHEAP, so let him eat that thing he calls "BREAKFAST" 2. ROOM SERVICE - you have to go and ask for it. Otherwise, they will just skip your room 3. Wi-Fi works on the 1st floor only, signal is poor, and you have to sit in the lobby to get good connection, with thousands of mosquitos flying all over your face 4. Everything, absolutely everything (from a hair drier to an extra plate) is for additional payment, and staff rarely knows where to get what you need anyway. They just sit there to collect your money, nothing else 5. Shower in your room will have no water pressure, and yes you will have to wait for 5-10 mins for water to heat up 6. Toilet does not work properly either The place was sold to the Chinese during the COVID, and it turned into a trash. Do yourself a favor and get a better place with normal service somewhere else. Let this cheap dirt bag to go bankrupt for his greed

Nothing

Had to wait over 3 hours JUST to check in. There were rows and rows of guests and only 4-6 staff members. No manager to talk to. Nobody answers the phone when you call the resort. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Most of the resort is closed. Pool at my section was half empty and off limits. Restaurants closed. Unbelievable!

Beach side

Pathetic service, it took 2.5-3 hours to do check in. When requested to make fast, staff started yelling and sharing we are also standing from last few hours. Seema staff is stressed and very poor management. No room service, i stayed in appartment next to 7/11 which is 400 meters away from reception.

waited for hours, couldn’t find my booking. Room was disgusting. dirt everywhere, unhygienic. We end up not staying at the hotel after seeing the room.
