The pools and seating area's were amazing. The Beach was extremely clean and the beach restaurant was also good. Very private and quiet. The gym was pretty good. The pool bar was great 👍 u

There wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel. For the cost of the hotel rooms, it seemed a bit excessive charging for the contents of the mini bar fridge at quadruple the cost. We usually get free bottles of water and more tea, coffee, creamer, ect, with a few biscuits when staying at hotels for half the price. It would have also been nice if the hotel managed the sun beds on the beach and had a hotel shop with there being no 7 elevens or anything nearby. Better play area's for kids with better facilities would have been nice. Improve the play area at the front of the hotel and create a play area near the beach.

Good location, nice garden, rooms confortable. The staff is friendly.

Not enough towels at the swimming pool. Menus prices at restaurants and bars are showen without VAT.... it is unclear and confusing.

The beach location - walking straight into the beach. The beautiful grounds. The huge and uncrowded pools. the friendly and efficient service. That it is low rise and open - most hotels there are concrete tower blocks - which makes the atmosphere very calm and restful.

We liked everything.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Nice garden with birds singing all day long. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The hotel had many guests during our stay yet it never felt crowded or noisy. Plenty of sun loungers at the beautiful beach and around the pool. Nice breakfast, nice food in their Reva restaurant. All staff members I met during our stay were very nice and did good job to help with our requests. You can easily spend 4-5 days without leaving the resort. It is like a piece of tranquil paradise just minutes away from the madness of Pattaya.

The welcoming staff, the beautiful landscaping, all the rooms have a pool/ garden view, the comfy bedroom, the pool bar and the beach restaurant food.

It’s very quiet at night - it would have been nice to have had some entertainment. And more choices of daytime activities. The restaurant by the lobby was shut and we were never sure if the cafe was open. Very good drinks menu at the cafe - this should be available at the pool bar and Reva restaurant as well. Bring back the shuttle bus into Pattaya! This was available before the pandemic but is no longer an option so we had to get Grab taxis into town.

Amazing resort, pools were fantastic.

The WiFi is terrible, very frustrating when trying to do things online. We stayed on the ground floor and there was a pond outside that runs along all rooms on ground floors. The pond is stagnant and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, the water is not very clean looking. Add some pumps to keep the water moving and treat the water to keep it clean and it will make a huge difference. As we did find we had quite a few mosquitoes in our room every day.

very peaceful location unlike Pattaya. our one bed suite was huge. almost getting lost in this beautiful luxurious room. Three swimming pools and on the beach. plenty of sun beds on the beach and main large pool. excellent breakfast. the Chinese fried donuts were a treat. beautiful gardens and nice sunset views on the beach. The sea food buffet dinner was a treat and not expensive.Used Grab taxi to get around and not expensive door to door service. few shacks either side of hotel beach area and also the marina. All staff very courteous, it’s the Thai culture. Would highly recommend this place and return. Also treat yourself to full body massage in the spa place. amazing

I liked the variety of food and the wide options of activities you can do in the resort. It was very nice and peaceful. The room was nice and spacious. I would definitely come back to this resort again if I ever got the chance to.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast and lunch were combined as one sitting and for the morning only. Many tourists aren't use to having lunch dishes during breakfast such as myself. I think there should be an all-inclusive like European countries do. So with that you get breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the room's price if you choose to. At least for "breakfast only" should be "breakfast and lunch only". Breakfast served at the same time as what the resort already does but then have a lunch time which goes on for 2/3 hours from 12 pm.

The hotel is just like photos, direct to the beach and very family oriented. We were traveling as a family with 9 months old baby and it was great for us. They can provide us the baby bed and baby high chairs , which are in good qualities. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere in the resort is really relaxed and calmed. The breakfast is great esp.for the ones who enjoyed asian breakfast , this is really recommended! The width of the beach of this property is really big compared to most of the hotel in Pattaya, so who looks for the hotel directly on the beach and enough spaces for the guest even the hotel is fully booked ,so this hotel is really perfect!

The downside of this hotel is the location which is quite far from the city ,however, it is located directly on the beach and far from the chaos from Pattaya city. Another thing is the sun shades on the pool area. There were only a few sun shades nearby the pool, so it is impossible to relax near the pool during the afternoon time esp.in the April which is very hot. So, i would recommend the hotel to bring more sun shades and it would be great. In addition, during our stay we have faced a little problem caused by a miscommunication of a new staff from the restaurant, however,the restaurant Manager,Mr. Ton has managed the problem and treated us so well. We are really appreciated his action. Thank you once again. We will come and visit this hotel again. Cheers!

It’s a nice Thai style hotel. Our standard room is spacious with a big balcony overlooking a beautiful garden having 3 swimming pools. Additionally, the beach is located at the end of the hotel, and we were able to walk along the beach for miles. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was very nice. One thing that stood out to us was the price of their beach restaurant, which was more reasonable than most restaurants in other hotels and resorts we had visited in Thailand.. We recommend this pleasant resort.

It’s worth noting that there were not many activities to do outside of the hotel.
