I have stayed at Dynasty Inn a couple of times. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the beach and very central. The staff are very helpful. I love the fact that the rooms get serviced quickly in the morning - generally before noon. Overall, this is an excellent budget hotel to stay at.

If you stay in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel, noise from a bar that has live music till 2 am is a problem. You can avoid this by asking for a room at the back of the hotel, but then the only view you have is of other rooms.

I liked the friendly helpful staff whom nothing was to much for them to make you comfortable. I like the central location of the hotel in Pattaya. I liked the cleanliness and the quietness of the hotel.

I didn’t like the air condition unit on the balcony, it was too noisy and I couldn’t sleep. When I investigated it was only the rooms on the right hand side that had them on the balcony so I asked to be moved to the left hand side where they were behind a wall and I managed to get to sleep.(the staff were very helpful and accommodating when I asked to move rooms) I didn’t like there being no tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel has a goood location, walking distance from the beach and walking street. The staff, both at reception and the ones servicing the rooms, are very helpful and respond to requests quickly. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable.

The rooms in the front of the hotel, facing Soi 13, have a noise problem, since there is a bar nearby which places very loud music till 2 AM. The rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet, but the only view you have is of the balconies of other hotel rooms.

Place is very Central. Staff was great and very helpful. Room cleaning is great. Only downside If I have to say was rooms are very dark. Other than that great price performance ratio I must say 😃

Rooms need better lights, rooms are very dark with tinted windows.

Situated right between the Beach road and LK Metro, guest-friendly. Nice and helpful staff. Big quiet room, clean bed, changing sheets on demand. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Balcony comes to an internal yard, which is narrow, so no views.

Staff, cleanliness, location and room size..

Air condition not get auto cut at set temperature..feels like hot or cold many times. Secondly water pressure in shower head is not having enough pressure very slow n low pressure..price is bit on higher side but overall nice stay.

Central location to shopping, transport, dining.... All staff very friendly and cheerful.

Small personal item missing from room on our departure. Not sure wether we threw itr away in error or cleaning staff purloined it.

Rooms were very clean, Beds were very comfortable, Cleaning service lady was punctual and available on the same floor all day long, if needed. May eating places like McDonalds, Starbucks etc were nearby.

Nothing special. Location might be good for travelers fond of night life but not well suited for the families ;)

The location was close to the Beach, walking distance about 5 minutes. Close to Shopping Mall and night bazaar. Close to walking street etc. Room was kept clean and a good size. Good TV with a choice of movie channels, some English speaking.

No kettle in room.

i had to leave soon from pattaya and go back home but ill be back !!! thank you dynasty inn for giving me comfort while i was there
