Amazing service from all staff. Special recognition of lovely ladies at a desk which always smiled and provided exceptional service. Manager was great and was managing staff and property, I believe he was from Europe, but managing more locations then one. Hotel is slowly getting back to it’s old glory and 5 stars. Great pool area.

Hopefully they will reopen rooftop bar and a small bar on the side and refurbished little bit rooms, gym and corridors. However I need to recognize amazing improvement from before.

Room was very big and clean with comfortable bed and seats. The shower was very good. The bath tub was amazing also. The provided toiletries were ample.

The room only had one small rubbish bin. For a big room there should be more bins or a bigger one. The towels were old and maybe a few more would be appreciated.

rooms are spacious, clean.. swimming pool was nice, price I got that time way amazing I am going again in two weeks I checked the price now it’s double what I got before so during my stay price was very very good

it wasn’t a problem but it would have been appreciated, hotel was nearly empty as I went in rain season my flight was late at night and I asked if I can have few hours for late checkout but I got an instant no without checking anything was told checkout is sharp 12. if hotel is busy highly understandable or atleast some system check if the room is needed but none of that happened.

Staff are amazing, rooms Are spacious and clean, location is great , would stay there again for sure.

I think it’s already over or going to be over soon as during my stay there were renovations to the swimming pool area so I wake up early everyday with the work down there. And Pattaya is a late night city so it was annoying for me so actually I extended my trip but I didn’t extend the hotel and moved to another.

Super friendly staff, great location, all my issues were solved very fast by the staff, housekeeping were working until late (it was very comfortable when I wanted to stay in bed late)

Wooden floor in the swimming pool area is damaged and needs to be repaired. Bathroom towels and swimming pool towels need to be renewed. The phone in my room wasn’t working, but staff quickly changed it. One day air conditioning started leaking in my room, and staff repaired it quickly. There was a cockroach in my room, but the cleaning staff took care of it.

Been staying here for last 5 years and the location is amazing

The swimming pool tiles are coming off and are broken and have been like this for the last 4 times I have stayed, let’s the rest of the hotel down

It has a good and central location. The staff is attentive and helpful. Easy and convenient ordering of room service to the room or pool via the Internet

The hotel has seen better days and could use some renovations. Much of the electronics does not work properly (light switches integrated into the bed sounds like a cool thing but seems to be difficult to maintain).

Since last 10 years I have been visited pattay for more than 14 or 15 times and I stayed in more then 30 hotels I swear this hotel is the best hotel in pattaya. I was booked for 5 nights then I add 12 nights

Lovely hotel great staff big rooms beautiful pool fantastic location 5 minutes walk from beach turning opposite hotel walk down there to beach when at beach turn left another 5 minutes walk and you are at walking street. Literally hundreds of bars and places to eats Couldn't fault the hotel and area had a great time would go back there again next time I go to Thailand.
