The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and accommodative. Gave us a room with a better view, moved our language when we were away, Every request of ours was met and resolved quickly!

Unfortunately, the breakfast is horrible! The variety is very limited and whatever is served is always cold ! Eggs are cold. The hot plates in which the dishes are served are not utilised properly and therefore the food was always cold or lukewarm. After saying this about breakfast, the other food at the restaurant was excellent and tasty with friendly staff. But breakfast definitely needs major improvement.

Fruits at breakfast finish every hour and staff is not bothered to fill unless asked. I stayed for 3 nights and faced this issue .

It’s very modern, elegant and clean. The suite is very large, a very comfortable living space for two people on an extended stay. The hotel leaves you complimentary bottled water daily with room service. The balcony was big and very nice to watch the sunrise and overlooked the pool waterfall as well. The bathroom was very big with a great rain shower. Overall this was a very chill and pleasant place to stay close to the centre of Pattaya but away enough for it to be quiet at night. Breakfast was a buffet in the attached restaurant and available every day 6-10 AM. It was a wide range of continental to American and local cuisine and was good value for money included with the hotel room. I cannot fault the stay and would definitely book it again if returning to Pattaya.

The service from the reception, the staff was very friendly and the location was good, there is a resturant on site and 7/11 just down the road, the pool was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The location was good

The breakfast was average, they took our gowns from the room the first day of cleaning and never brought them back, the shower head was too small, early checkout was a hustle , there was no one at the reception and we had to go back to the room to make a call, that wasted a bit of our time

The pool is very nice and has some pool toys, the rooms are spacious & clean, breakfast is good and have varieties. There was a fish pool our kid loved to sit and watch the fish. Our room view in the first floor was magnificent tropical view. Most of staff were smiley and friendly.

Although the view was perfect from the first floor, at night you can hear insects and gecko sounds, so if you don’t like that just ask for a higher floor. I went back to my room and found one of the housekeeping using my deodorant :( which was really a bad incident, they apologized and send us apples, (but it really upset me)

What I impressed the most is the style of the hotel, I love that they put some thoughts in the details. For the service I would say they’re at the standard, staffs are nice and welcome, willing to help if you need any assistance. The room price is reasonable and fair. Overall I’m pleased with this hotel and happy with all the times I spent there.

Sadly the Air-condition is too old. I hope the hotel can improve about these.

Gigi and the team on the front desk were fantastic and this is a great little boutique hotel.

Very small and boutique, great standard, good size rooms and nice pool/gym. Having the Fat Belly restaurant next door was another plus and the team in the restaurant were very good. The team cleaning the rooms were also so good and looked after us so well. You could stay at a more expensive hotel and not receive such good service.

Nice pool , modern hotel, big beds , comfy bed, good breakfast nice staff , quiet area 7-eleven is close and some massage shops

Location a little out can walk to main road for a taxibaht, a few bugs in the room due to the hotel being open planned on ground floor , towels very thin and bathroom lighting could be better

Spacious room with a real kitchen. The room rate is reasonable. Interior is clean with large balcony. There is a convenient store nearby.

The floor in the shower room doesn't have enough slope area, so water tends to stay on the wet floor. Also slippery tiles. No roof for its car park. Parking during a day could melt your car during a summer.

The staff are very friendly, the room, and hall ways were very clean. Fast WiFi/internet

The bed was the only thing I didn’t like. Very firm and thin mattress. Just not my type of mattress. Other than that the place was great
