Basically whilst I was visiting Thailand to spend time with family in Bangkok over Christmas I decided to have a little side adventure by myself. I am 78 and carry a walking stick these days. I like to cruise so I booked myself a cruise on the "SS Pullman G" moored at Pattaya, deliberately going nowhere The cruise was everything expected I was able to unwind and relax and give the family a break and was plied with good company, comfortable accommodations and good food as required. I choose the Lanai suites with direct access to one of the 3 x 25 metre pools adjacent.

Hotel rooms typically have many light bulbs and not so much light. So it was with the ss Pullman G, old eyes need a little light or at least the option of having it. The centralised light and services (TV and Air Con) module was splendidly convoluted. A challenged mastered in the end.

The staff and the facilities

The beach and water were dirty and full of rubbish, my wife stepped on glass and cut her foot.

Good location, right on the beach. Pleasant area. A beautiful children's room with a cinema. Good swimming pools. Spacious beautiful hall.

Very high humidity in the room. All the clothes and things were wet. Even the pills in packs were soaked. The smell of dampness in the room. The hotel is old, needs a renovation.

Staff nice and facilities good. Hotel is right on private beach and hotel provides you with fresh beach towels every day.

Couldn't get a drink or any food (even small snacks) after 9pm. Also couldn't buy things like omlette or eggs on toast if you just miss breakfast. Light fitting also started leaking water half way through trip which needed repairing but was done straight away at 3am.

Amazing selection and quality of food at breakfast, every meal we ordered was delicious. Rooms were spacious, clean, had plenty of water, seating areas, excellent control system for lights and air conditioning. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Staff were polite. Pool area always had sunbeds and towels available. Clean and mainintained well. Gym, playroom and cinema room.

Minimum spend on the hotels beach club beds even for guests. Some areas of the room appeared worn and needed replacing. Staff could have been more helpful with information about the surrounding area. Cinema room was closed

I stayed in hotel for 14 days, pool facilities and room I stayed in 526, amazing room, balcony and room view to sea, I suggest everyone who want best view and see sunset, with gorgeous view take 526-527-528 any floors higher than 4th with this numbers, amazing view, Pls see view from room, 526, Most important, Front Desk, and FOM, very professional and willing to help, great JOB! Houskeeping lady and man, very good, and cleaning was great, Breakfast I had executive pass to 2 floor, great associates, very friendly, want to mark, waitresses, and chefs who is cooking eggs, very friendly females, also helpful, bacon station chef also very friendly, Spa was just perfect, ladies very friendly!.

I did barber shop, I felt that barber, had lack of experience, also dirty tools, 2 brushes, felt dawn, and stuff still use them, I asked to change , he just took another one from table, didn't know if others is clean,,, Felt very strange, anyhow,, just to be careful and always see which tools barber use,

The pool and bar area is the highlight of the property. They have a great happy hour from 2 -5 with lovely cocktails and wine. The food in the restaurant is really great and we’ll priced. The family room was also really nice.

The bathroom was slightly dated. I actually really liked everything!

We have been here numerous times. it generally has been the same each time. We appreciate the consistency and will continue to book here. Club floor has been our preferred stay. Allows easy access and all day beverages situated beside the pool.

Pullman Hotel Pattaya is one of the best hotels in Pattaya. It is situated right on the clean and lively beach, with relaxing and fantastic music. It was such an incredible experience staying in the Executive King room and we were treated very well. Their breakfast buffet had so many options to suit all dietary requirements. Lunch, dinner and Cocktails were so good and better than all the restaurants we visited in both Bangkok and Pattaya and very reasonably priced! Their staff gave us incredible customer service experience and made us feel at home. We especially want to thank Mong, Poly, and Pai for taking good care of us. We had such a fantastic stay thanks to the friendly F and B Director Lukas who made sure we were very well looked after. Pullman hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful, and sensational experience. I can't wait to go back to Pataya. I'm grateful to all of you and keep up the good work.

The beach club service was very good. took care of parents n children equally. the executive service was very good too, especially with a 2 year ild kid, made life holiday easier
