The breakfast was awful. Coffee, doubt it had an caffeine in it and tiny cups. Bread was stale for toast, nothing but strange Asian food, not Western in any shape or form. As our priority was to find a place in Pattaya for 3 cats and two adults, it worked, but the Thai House was definitely much smaller than we expected.

As I mentioned above small Thai Villa, we needed two keys for both of us and have to pay a deposit of 500 Baht for a second key. When we were leaving, as my husband had paid for the second key, really got hassled by the manager for not keeping the receipt. BUT, isn't the return of the two key cards proof enough???? NO>>>>>>>>>>

we stayed in a Thai house, well equipped, very cozy and comfortable. the cleaning service is very good, every day they left our house really well tiden. overall it's a good hotel in a quiet area and a great value for the money. the swimming pool is great (free towels at the reception) and with few people. the beach is just across the road and nearby there's the Jomtien Big Market, a awesome place for diner

all the resort needs some urgent restoration, but for the price, I guess we cannot ask for much more. the breakfast is very poor, it was the worst of our 1 week stay: lousy coffe industrial juice, tasteless blend fruit, sliced bread for toast with only butter and jam (no cheese!) and a couple of Thai dishes poorly cooked and always the same every day, nothing sweet, not even a cookie - at the end of the week I was getting my breakfast on 7-11 store in front! the restaurant by the pool isn't bad, but very expensive when compared to the options around.

It fully suited our needs. We had 3 small dogs with us and the accommodation (Thai House) was very good and ‘modern’. There was plenty of areas to explore with our dogs. The pool was good, as were the most of the staff. Quiet at night and peaceful

Breakfast was a bit Same,same as in choice selection but always plenty of food available. Check in was a bit of an issue and some staff were a bit lacking in ability.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. First night arrived with one of our suitcases delayed in Delhi ! The receptionist lent us a phone charger with correct plug as ours was in the delayed case. Then we were helped with the admin we had to do to get our case back and again really helpful especially Suthi Panyad. Great location, lovely little Thai house accommodation if a little tired. Would definitely recommend and absolutely would go there again 👍

Very beautiful and convenient resort organized so that the guests can have an impression of staying in a private house. The staff is welcoming and efficient.

The breakfast is decent but far from the best in the area. The offered coffee is a true disappointment.

Bathroom needs repair. Hairdryer stops after 3 mins every time i use it. Like its on timer and won't turn on again until after a few hours

Great layout, liked the style. Plenty of green space for walking our dog. Staff very helpful/welcoming. Location was pretty good. Overall it was Good for our needs

The accommodation we stayed was pet friendly but looked quite ‘tired’, old style Thai house but really needs a makeover. Bed wasn’t very comfortable especially after 1 week. The property looks quite worn, needs a bit of work doing to it, but I’m sure with Covid preventing regular tourism the place has struggled for finance.

A great resort establishment with quality food, great swimming pool and other facilities.

Extra charge for pets wasn't stated before the booking. With non-refundable policy we were asked to pay however much the hotel decided to charge at the check-in.

Rooms are arranged in mostly 3 - storey buildings, surrounding shady gardens, perfect for walking exercise.

There were two dogs walking in the hotel area, though not aggressive they should not have been left walking loosely.
