The breakfast was awful. Coffee, doubt it had an caffeine in it and tiny cups. Bread was stale for toast, nothing but strange Asian food, not Western in any shape or form. As our priority was to find a place in Pattaya for 3 cats and two adults, it worked, but the Thai House was definitely much smaller than we expected.

As I mentioned above small Thai Villa, we needed two keys for both of us and have to pay a deposit of 500 Baht for a second key. When we were leaving, as my husband had paid for the second key, really got hassled by the manager for not keeping the receipt. BUT, isn't the return of the two key cards proof enough???? NO>>>>>>>>>>

The staff were exceptionally helpful. First night arrived with one of our suitcases delayed in Delhi ! The receptionist lent us a phone charger with correct plug as ours was in the delayed case. Then we were helped with the admin we had to do to get our case back and again really helpful especially Suthi Panyad. Great location, lovely little Thai house accommodation if a little tired. Would definitely recommend and absolutely would go there again 👍

Bathroom needs repair. Hairdryer stops after 3 mins every time i use it. Like its on timer and won't turn on again until after a few hours

Great layout, liked the style. Plenty of green space for walking our dog. Staff very helpful/welcoming. Location was pretty good. Overall it was Good for our needs

The accommodation we stayed was pet friendly but looked quite ‘tired’, old style Thai house but really needs a makeover. Bed wasn’t very comfortable especially after 1 week. The property looks quite worn, needs a bit of work doing to it, but I’m sure with Covid preventing regular tourism the place has struggled for finance.

Rooms are arranged in mostly 3 - storey buildings, surrounding shady gardens, perfect for walking exercise.

There were two dogs walking in the hotel area, though not aggressive they should not have been left walking loosely.

Extra charge for pets wasn't stated before the booking. With non-refundable policy we were asked to pay however much the hotel decided to charge at the check-in.

The location is perfect. Very close to beach and the street for walking. The staff were incredible. They returned my gold chain when it dropped in the restaurant. The manager was super friendly and accommodating to help us get the correct room.

The pool was facing the bar thus no privacy. Love the room but toilet has a stench.

1. The recepcionist is very accomodating. We arrived around 8.30am and she allowed us to check in that early! 2. She speaks english very well and easy for us to communicate. 3. The whole resort said it all. Everything we can see on their website and even in booking.com were all there, it even exceed our expectations. 4. COVID19 protocol is observed too. 5. Scenic view while we ate our breadfast where we can see the sea right in fron of us! 6. Buffet breakfest, I think is exceptional, though it's only serve during weekend. Set meal (not buffet breakfast) has been served for weekdays. 7. The swimming pool is great! It has an island! Beautiful indeed! We can order food in their restaurant, bring food is not allowed, but it's alright. 8. Lovely lounge, where we can take photo on their half moon swing! 9. All around the place, it's covered with trees, plants and flowers and the name of the resort speaks to its name. You want nature you will enjoy the place! 10. I very highly recommend this place especially if you have pets with you!

There was this crew who shouted at us about something that's prohibited. We thought it's just fine because one crew told us that's it's alright and some of the crew passing by just let us be, they did not tell us that it's not allowed. When she saw us, she yelled at us. We can accept or follow actually if she just talk to us in a nice way. We were just shocked that she yelled, but of course we were sorry about what we did. Well, then we understood her that she's just doing her job.

I do like all accommodation great area and location which is very close to the beach 5 minutes walk right through there. Good service and friendly staff. I highly recommend and I would go stay more time there..
